I’ve been working with Ali and will continue to do so in the future. We had a couple of fire extinguishers that needed to be recharged. He took the time to answer my questions, explain their process, and talk about why it’s important that they are inspected annually. He demonstrated his expertise and knowledge well. I dropped off multiple extinguishers, and they were ready to go the very next day. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Ali!

During our last inspection in October, 2025, a leak was detected in our backflow system. It took me months to find a company that had the expertise to fix the problem. A few companies wanted to charge hundreds of dollars just to take a look at it and assess the situation! Noa had me send photos of the leak, reviewed the issue over the phone with me and even reached out to the inspector to discuss. Then he came out to look at the system without charging us for the visit. Once he figured out the problem, he ordered the parts and had it fixed within a couple weeks. It was a big job but we felt confident in the end result and the amount charged. And Noa and his team were very professional, courteous, and friendly. Thank you!

This is my second year choosing Boss Fire for our facility fire inspection and fire extinguisher serving. Leo was fantastic. I had a frantic morning and had forgotten to grab all of the extinguishers, and he reminded me about them. It felt like he knew the building better than me at his second time here.
