My favorite lawyer, Alex Cloherty, works in this office. I have many complications in my life, and Alex is the best to help enjoy solving them legally. My happy legal relationship with Alex started when I decided to sue my 84-unit condo association. He consulted me, drafted a letter to be mailed to all 84 units, instructed me how to "forcefully" extract financial information from the property management, etc., etc., etc. The end results were superb. The board of trustees was overthrown, the property management company fired, and I won in a small claims court. Thanks to him, I had so much fun and felt deeply satisfied afterwards. Then I decided to buy a new construction home. Technically, due to my fault, the deal fell apart and I was about to lose my $65k deposit. That was a turbulent time and Alex supported me, and I had my money back!:) Then I went into divorce, and to make matters interesting, I've gotten a restraining order on myself. I should have listened to him, but I decided to show an initiative and wrote a reconciliation email to my ex-wife. Obviously, that was a violation of the restraining order, and after some court hearings, I luckily ended up on probation instead of jail. The case is still in court and I am looking forward for our next appearance. I believe that Alex enjoys me as an intriguing long-term client and kindly lowered his hourly rate. Recently, I conceived the most inventive real estate scheme that starts with me assuming 2.75% fixed APR 30-year mortgage of my friend. (Yes, those rates existed in 2020-ies.) Alex is a very special lawyer. He usually kind and soft, but he can occasionally be very passionate defending his clients. Recently, he got into the heated argument with the judge and was sent behind the bars to the basement in the District Court to chill out. LOL. What else... I gift him a painting of my dog. His son has the birthday on the same day as he.:) To conclude, if you enjoy legal problems and want to have affordable fun along the way, then Alex is THE lawyer.

Very nice place the people are fantastic. They work with you. They make you feel comfortable. No stress just relax and they will get the job done. They stay in touch so your always aware what’s going on.

I cannot express enough how absolutely amazing Attorney Stacia Gainey and paralegal Jen Lafleur were throughout my divorce case. It was an extremely nervous time for me and these ladies were beyond supportive during this process. Thank you so much ladies.
