Jeff Gallman did good work for me as an appraiser. I was referred to him by a local real estate agent to handle the appraisal of my recently deceased brother. I live in Alabama and I needed someone who was trustworthy, professional and efficient to complete the appraisal sufficient for probate purposes. Jeff was flexible and was always available to respond to my requests. He visited the property, did a complete assessment with comps and produced a top notch appraisal report in less than a week. If you need someone to do a professional appraisal quickly and affordably, this is the guy

I have used Bottletree properties twice both buying and selling. Both times I have worked with Jeff and he is the best in town. When we could not find the house on the market he researched houses off the market and found<br>A amazing house. His expertise is second to none in Charleston. Highly recommend.

I purchased my first property with Bottletree Properties Jeff is amazing. In all honesty I was hesitant with this considering so many scams going on after doing some research I went on and made my purchase wasn’t no pressure to buy and felt comfortable enough to invite my father and a friend, overall the experience was great Jeff answered all my questions and the deal was locked in.
