I’m glad I took my 2001 Toyota Tacoma to Boudreaux’s. I went in for an oil change, to get new belts, and to see about the rattling in my engine. They gave me the oil change, replaced the belts, the harmonic balancer, and the radiator all for a reasonable price. I appreciated how they brought out the old parts and…
I’ve taken my car to Boudreaux’s multiple times and have had a good experience each time. They are friendly and timely with the service! I will always recommend them to friends and family.
At Boudreaux's, they listen to you and they're direct and honest about what's going on with your car and what it needs, and won't try to upsell you on what you don't need. I'm a repeat customer and everyone I have interacted with here is kind. I definitely recommend Boudreaux's!
Another great experience at Boudreauxs! So glad I brought my car there after receiving a crazy high estimate elsewhere. Friendly staff, fair pricing, and great mechanics will have me going there first again the next time!
Wow … They dropped all to help my Son with his older truck knowing how busy his schedule is … They could have said many things were wrong … but It was a loose wire … so honest So caring … and guess what No charge 🙌 Old school family business Thank you Boudreaux Care Team 💃
I really appreciate the team at Boudreauxs's for their care and knowledgeable service.
Boudreaux’s Automotive is always very helpful and gets the job done correctly.
The experience from drop off tp pick up well exceeds my expectations and I expect a lot. I wouldn't trust anyone with my car except these guys. 10 stars
The best shop in the city by far!! They are honest and reasonable. I use them for all of my car needs, wonderful experience
Amazing owner who treats his staff and customers with respect. They are quick, professional and do great work. They are honest and a rare gem in a world where it's hard to find trustworthy shops. Highly recommend them!
Super friendly staff, transparent and good'n fair pricing! They somehow finished with my car same day (with appointment)
The Boudreaux’s crew is the best! They are efficient and do what they can to help you save on cost. Highly recommend.
Great service as always by the Boudreaux Auto Team. Techs are very knowledgeable and did a great job with the maintenance and repairs. Would definitely recommend!
Lovely experience as always!
Very interested in what I had to say about my car. Diagnosed it and told me what it would cost. When I picked it up it was much less because they didn’t need all the parts. That is what I call honesty, integrity and trustworthy. Means a lot to me.
Great service
The crew at Boudreaux’s Automotive always provides excellent service! They’ve become my go-to for all my automotive needs. Philip in the office is always friendly, welcoming, and quick to provide updates, which makes the whole process seamless. I truly feel like I struck gold finding Boudreaux’s Automotive—highly recommend!
Oil change
Professional, timely, explained issues before approval. Fuel injection cleaning, new spark plugs, new coil wires and cleaned carbon deposits but no tune-couldn't afford that part whatever it entails. Labor charges for the work were IMO too high but I guess we're standard. I guess their diagnoses led to the work done…
I’ve been a loyal Boudreaux’s customer for over twelve years through three cars and I have never had a bad experience. They are so knowledgeable, reasonably priced and very honest. Thank you!
Great place! Needed repairs after car break in. Got the car back at the time promised. The estimate I was given was spot on. Very friendly staff. I will be back!
Honest and helpful.
Great service and friendly team. Honest pricing and advice/feedback. I definitely recommend!
The service I received was amazing. This was my first time visiting this shop, as I have been searching for a shop for some time. From the initial call to schedule my oil change, the process was easy. Prior to my scheduled appointment, I had an issue arise and I was told I could bring the vehicle in for repair. The…
Great team of professionals at Boudreaux’s! I have been a client for 18 years because I trust their advice and the quality of service on my cars.
We love them! We have used them for years! They have reasonable prices for parts and labor. We take both of our vehicles to them and they do such a wonderful job. Customer service is great and our cars love how they feel once they have a tune up.
First time customer, very pleased with the service. Had coolant and oil leak issues that were identified and quickly fixed. Price was reasonable. I think I found my new mechanic!
We’ve been taking our daughter’s Nissan SUV to Boudreaux’s Automotive Care for regular service for over three years, and we truly couldn’t be happier. Their customer service is consistently excellent honest, trustworthy, and always willing to clearly explain what the car needs (and just as importantly, what it…
Love Boudreaux's...superior customer service
Boudreaux's Automotive Care performed maintenance on my car. The staff was very helpful and the cost was reasonable. They were able to give me an appointment the same day and had the automobile back to me in a few hours. I will be back.
The services offered were accomplished; once my AC blows warm I’ll need to return. Still, I’m more than satisfied.
I recently purchased a used car and needed to replace a sensor as well have a general inspection conducted. Boudreaux's replacer the sensor, cleared my dash lights, and printed out a detailed inspection report including special notes on common faults with this particular model. Reasonable prices and a great centralized location for the city.
Tremendous service and very friendly staff.... I love Boudreauxs and highly recommend them
Always courteous and the service is the only one that I trust for my Honda accord 2004. Prices are fair
Excellent communication, dedicated service.
Boudreauxs is the only place I take my car. They are quick and always do a great job. They got me in and out very quickly. I've been taking my car to Boudreaux's for 10 years!
Always friendly service. Phillip always shops around for the best price on parts. They’re always honest and upfront with their pricing. They take pride in their work. Highly recommended!
The office staff and mechanics, along with Al are always, I repeat always, amazing as they were on Tuesday. They are kind, engaging, knowledgeable and take the time to always meet my needs, answer my questions, and follow up. I could not be more satisfied.
Always very professional and listen to my concerns. Also very truthful which I value, especially in a mechanic. They have the safety of my family at the forefront of their minds. highly recommend, and I tell everybody about this place.
Always friendly and communicative! I appreciate a shop that is willing to discuss concerns and evaluate the entire problem before moving forward.
Boudreaux’s Automotive Car Shop, conveniently located in Gentilly, is a great place to bring your car for repairs. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Philip, the Car Technician really explained in detail what was wrong with my car, showing me in detail what needed to be done to have my car…
My vehicle received a thorough general maintenance inspection. I was satisfied with the results and look forward to having the vehicle serviced....
quick service, dont try to make you pay for extra stuff you dont need, dependable. We have been taking our business vehicle here for years and the guys are always great.
Quickly fixed an oil leak.
I love Boudreaux's. They're easy to schedule with, they send all of their repair and diagnostic work online and make it easy to choose what services to select and are always happy to walk through what's the most important to do and how to approach financial issues. I find their advice straightforward and honest.…
Great Service
Needed a belt and water pump repair for my old Toyota. The quote and staff were professional, answered my questions. The work was done on time and under the quote. Problem seems fixed. I'm very happy and will go here again.
Great service, friendly people. I had to wait a couple of weeks for the scheduled work but once there, it was ready the next day.
Best service ever
Awesome thanks
Always do the right thing! Including trying not to do too much just to spend money!
I love the family atmosphere and attention to detail. I took my preowned auto to Boudreaux and it was treated with care. They get an A plus. Thx guys
Boudreaux's has the best mechanics in the city. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car.
Fast and High quality work as usual
There’s no other place I’d take my car! Boudreaux’s is fast, knowledge, reliable, and friendly, and the people there really take the time to explain what’s going on with my vehicle and provide different options of service. I’ve been going there for well over a decade, and I have zero complaints!
This is a top-notch automotive repair spot, especially for trucks. All staff is knowledgeable about cars and will tell you the truth regarding your options.
Above and beyond service from the whole team -- always!
New brakes and rotation and balance of the tires. Done when they said it would be done at the price they said it would be. Also fit me in during Jazz Fest which was really nice of them given the shortened hours.
great
I had a few longstanding issues and had gone to a few different mechanics but it Boudreaux were the only ones that were able to find the root issue and fix my car. Really awesome mechanics. They are busy so you definitely have to call a head but the work is well worth it. Can't say enough good things about them!
Service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful.
These guys really know their stuff ! Great work on everything they've done for me. friendly service and very fair pricing.
Fast work, friendly staff, and great text/online system for communicating. Transparent pricing and online system gives you the ability to approve repairs and easily opt in and out of repair recommendations.
As always with any mechanic, spent more than I thought I would when I walked in but fixed some pressing issues with my power steering tubes. Car drives great now
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable bringing my car here 😊 11/2: They just went above and beyond for me! My car was making a rattling noise and they told me to bring it in so they could look at it (couldn't promise they could fix it then). They tightened something on the radiator…
Initial reason check engine light, but by the time of appointment check engine light was off. Other causative actions were checked and repaired.
Very professional
Great customer service
Great mechanics, fair prices, full transparency. Would recommend these guys to anyone!
Very efficient and friendly business. My car issues were addressed in a professional manner. I am pleased with the results of my car service.
Boudreaux’s has been my go-to for years. They are always smiling, calm, honest and straight shooting with their findings, their quotes and their work. They will even tell you if a repair can wait and for how long. I always suggest Boudreauxs to my friends and family.
Great place! We were on vacation when we started having warning lights flashing on our car. We called and they were able to squeeze us in first thing the next morning to see what needed to be done. Turns out it wasn’t anything big and took care of it right away. Saved our vacation and got us going again. Thank…
Nice people. Good professionalism. Clean nice shop. Reasonable prices. Sign me up! LOL Thanks Boudreaux!s
This is the 2nd time I’ve had service performed on my Imported vehicle and the service was great and quick!
I had issues with my 2015 Chevy Cruze and I felt as though the team here listened to me, and were straight forward about how to fix the car. They called me to let me know before any work was done, and got to the root of a problem I’ve been having with the car for awhile. I highly recommend if you want a fair and honest auto experience.
This was my time using Boudreaux’s. Having just moved to New Orleans, I didn’t have an auto repair shop. So I picked Boudreaux’s based on all the good reviews and hoped they were right. Boudreaux’s did not disappoint. Gary called with repair and pricing details. I appreciated his honesty and fair pricing. Boudreaux’s is my new repair shop. Thanks.
Every staff member there is kind and helpful. They are an honest repair/maintenance shop providing quick service. I love the computer system they use that reminds me of appointments via text and let’s me view my “maintenance wallet” for future reference.
The work was done in an efficient and honest manner. I made an appointment and they kept to promised times and services. The employees do a great job explaining and giving you the best deal they can. I recommend wholeheartedly.
Kept me informed about delivery of ordered parts. Had the work done in shorter time than they predicted. Easy to communicate and deal with.
When you need it done right with no worries, and have a few dollars to spend, this is your place. Also there is a signed picture of the owner and Redd Foxx behind the counter. What more could I possibly say?
I’m still waiting for repairs to get done. I’ll rate when they are finished.
I have used Boudreaux's for years and have always been highly satisfied with their work. I needed to get my 2005 Kia in shape to get a brake tag, and after they had brought it up to snuff, it passed with flying colors.
Wonderful service and people!! Fair and reliable.
Initially, took 2007 Honda Element in for a service recommendation a month prior to recent visit. I noticed my fuel consumption had greatly increased since service check. Boudreaux’s did not note any maintenance work that would affect fuel consumption, but they scheduled me to return for a review. Within 2 hours…
Loyal customer here, and for good reasons. They make scheduling a breeze, take excellent care of my car, and for reasonable prices.
While driving down from Indiana for our honeymoon, our car hit something on the highway. Plastic under the car was damaged and began dragging along the ground and making noises. Upon arrival to New Orleans, we dropped by Boudreaux's to get the damage assessed. They repaired the issue within hours. Thanks to their…
Had a pretty big job done by them, replacing axels, hubs, brakes, and a couple of other things on a 4 wheel drive. Despite being the week after Christmas, they got it done several days quicker than I expected, and a better price than quoted. You're a fool taking you vehicle anywhere else. Couldn't be happier.
