Very informative, worked with me on my time frame, reasonable price
Boudreaux's is friendly and honest and reliable! What more could you want in a mechanic? Take your car there!
I’m glad I took my 2001 Toyota Tacoma to Boudreaux’s. I went in for an oil change, to get new belts, and to see about the rattling in my engine. They gave me the oil change, replaced the belts, the harmonic balancer, and the radiator all for a reasonable price. I appreciated how they brought out the old parts and…
At Boudreaux's, they listen to you and they're direct and honest about what's going on with your car and what it needs, and won't try to upsell you on what you don't need. I'm a repeat customer and everyone I have interacted with here is kind. I definitely recommend Boudreaux's!
I really appreciate the team at Boudreauxs's for their care and knowledgeable service.
I went to Boudreaux’s automotive for the first time for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have my suspension checked. I was impressed by the ease of scheduling an appointment online. The first available appointment was about 1-2 weeks out from initial scheduling. I did not call to see if I could obtain an earlier…
Friendly phone service, detailed estimates, quick turn around, fair prices and you keep my old Volvo running great.
They always do a good job and take the time, if you ask, to explain what they’ve done and why. Highly recommend them
Boudreaux's is a good honest mechanic. He is a very talented mechanic with a crew of skilled and friendly staff. Oh did I mention he is very honest. Which makes him by default CHEAPER! I love Boudreaux's he's been my mechanic since 1998.
The experience from drop off tp pick up well exceeds my expectations and I expect a lot. I wouldn't trust anyone with my car except these guys. 10 stars
Amazing owner who treats his staff and customers with respect. They are quick, professional and do great work. They are honest and a rare gem in a world where it's hard to find trustworthy shops. Highly recommend them!
Super friendly staff, transparent and good'n fair pricing! They somehow finished with my car same day (with appointment)
Excellent and professional service; as always!
These folks do fantastic work, the flexibility and care to ensure your vehicle is good. Hard working team. Very experienced team. Again they have proved they are the best mechanics in New Orleans area. Fair, caring, and will find you vehicles issues and work with you to get them repaired. Can't say enough about Mr.…
The Boudreaux’s crew is the best! They are efficient and do what they can to help you save on cost. Highly recommend.
Excellent service
I had my 2024 Mercedes Benz B1 service completed and it was quick and I saved about 60 percent of what the dealer was charging. The last go at Mercedes of Metairie they held my car for three weeks to just check why the engine light was on. Def will be coming back here for any additional automobile needs.
Boudreaux's is an excellent Auto Care Shop. The customer service is unmatched and their prices are comparable. However, don't purchase windshield wipers there because they are pricey.
I love the way they talk and take care their customers. They are excellent when it comes to your car. Good spirit when you walk thru the door. Love you guys
Oil change
i LOVE boudreaux's. with a 14 year old vw beetle, it's been a little challenging to find people who want to work on her. boudreaux's came highly recommended from some friends who have an old volvo. i'm so tickled i took them up on it. we got an appointment scheduled and confirmed the day prior. i dropped her…
I’ve been a loyal Boudreaux’s customer for over twelve years through three cars and I have never had a bad experience. They are so knowledgeable, reasonably priced and very honest. Thank you!
Boudreaux’s is a great place to have your vehicle serviced. The entire family and staff are always friendly, patient in explaining what needs to be done and what things are optional, and deliver when they say they will. I have trusted them for the life of my 2010 vehicle and am confident they can keep it running for a few more!
I had hit a manhole cover and badly damaged my exhaust system. Boudreaux's took it in immediately, and repaired it quickly and charged a price that was more than fair.
The service I received was amazing. This was my first time visiting this shop, as I have been searching for a shop for some time. From the initial call to schedule my oil change, the process was easy. Prior to my scheduled appointment, I had an issue arise and I was told I could bring the vehicle in for repair. The…
Great team of professionals at Boudreaux’s! I have been a client for 18 years because I trust their advice and the quality of service on my cars.
The team at Boudreaux’s always gets me in and out so I can go about my life. Appreciate this team’s work toward keeping me going.
We’ve been taking our daughter’s Nissan SUV to Boudreaux’s Automotive Care for regular service for over three years, and we truly couldn’t be happier. Their customer service is consistently excellent honest, trustworthy, and always willing to clearly explain what the car needs (and just as importantly, what it…
I trust them. Haven’t EVER had my car returned with a loose oil screw(that resulted in an oil leak) or missing tire change lock. They are consistently careful and meticulous. I trust them and their work.

Great service and professional staff!
Excellent communication, dedicated service.
Boudreauxs is the only place I take my car. They are quick and always do a great job. They got me in and out very quickly. I've been taking my car to Boudreaux's for 10 years!
Always friendly service. Phillip always shops around for the best price on parts. They’re always honest and upfront with their pricing. They take pride in their work. Highly recommended!
I’ve always felt a little too broke to risk it with a mechanic—reviews vary so much and can be scary! If I needed anything serious done I just went to the dealer. Expensive, so I got behind on regular maintenance beyond oil changes. Out of a job and brakes feeling funny, my neighbor who used to run a muffler shop…
Excellent service, quick turnaround
quick service, dont try to make you pay for extra stuff you dont need, dependable. We have been taking our business vehicle here for years and the guys are always great.
Very cool atmosphere as well as great pricing! I will be bringing my vehicle back to Boudreau's for any other vehicle related issues and maintenance care.
Dropped my car off for an oil change, tire rotation, and windshield wiper blades. Everything went as planned with no problems. Would recommend Boudreaux’s Automotive to all friends and family.
Great service at reasonable prices.
Thank you for your service everything was perfect
Always do the right thing! Including trying not to do too much just to spend money!
I love the family atmosphere and attention to detail. I took my preowned auto to Boudreaux and it was treated with care. They get an A plus. Thx guys

Boudreaux’s always provides excellent service and transparent pricing. It is my go-to for oil changes and tires. When a friend needs a mechanic, Boudreaux’s is my first recommendation!
Service was done promptly and my car's A/C now appears to be working well. We will know for sure when it really gets warm and humid 😁

Very friendly and professional staff and service
Fast work, friendly staff, and great text/online system for communicating. Transparent pricing and online system gives you the ability to approve repairs and easily opt in and out of repair recommendations.
As always with any mechanic, spent more than I thought I would when I walked in but fixed some pressing issues with my power steering tubes. Car drives great now
I have been taking my 1997 GMC Step Van to Boudreaux's for years now. It is a mobile business. They always get my truck to me as quickly as possible and never over charge me. They literally keep my business running. I am confident I get the best service for my truck at Boudreaux's. They are miracle works.
They are always professional they keep you informed every step of the way
This was my time using Boudreaux’s. Having just moved to New Orleans, I didn’t have an auto repair shop. So I picked Boudreaux’s based on all the good reviews and hoped they were right. Boudreaux’s did not disappoint. Gary called with repair and pricing details. I appreciated his honesty and fair pricing. Boudreaux’s is my new repair shop. Thanks.
Excellent care and service with prompt responses and really great customer service. Appreciate y’all and your help!
Every staff member there is kind and helpful. They are an honest repair/maintenance shop providing quick service. I love the computer system they use that reminds me of appointments via text and let’s me view my “maintenance wallet” for future reference.
I drive across town to bring my car here. Quality work for a fair price and no up-charges or shady practices. Great service!
