Excellent Mechanics! Great job dissecting the problem and repairing in a timely manner.. Expectations exceeded
These guys were patient and kind while repairing my Nissan. The only thing I would change is to provide a more detailed explanation of what they were doing, so I could understand/learn a bit more. It would also have been helpful if I had asked. Overall, I feel comfortable calling to ask questions if necessary.
I’ve been a loyal Boudreaux’s customer for over twelve years through three cars and I have never had a bad experience. They are so knowledgeable, reasonably priced and very honest. Thank you!
Honest and helpful.
Boudreaux Auto did an exceptional job repairing my Hyundai Equus which had a failed air suspension system. I purchased a conventional strut conversion system from Strutmasters in North Carolina who suggested Boudreaux Auto as an installer. The scheduling was easy and timely and the work was completed on time with…
Great service as always! Courteous and well priced.
Always friendly service. Phillip always shops around for the best price on parts. They’re always honest and upfront with their pricing. They take pride in their work. Highly recommended!
I’ve always felt a little too broke to risk it with a mechanic—reviews vary so much and can be scary! If I needed anything serious done I just went to the dealer. Expensive, so I got behind on regular maintenance beyond oil changes. Out of a job and brakes feeling funny, my neighbor who used to run a muffler shop…
Boudreaux's has the best mechanics in the city. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car.
There’s no other place I’d take my car! Boudreaux’s is fast, knowledge, reliable, and friendly, and the people there really take the time to explain what’s going on with my vehicle and provide different options of service. I’ve been going there for well over a decade, and I have zero complaints!
I've used them several times over the years. The wait time is a month -- as are most mechanics (Metairie, Midcity, Kenner). I use a few mechanics for various reasons but they are good. Price is fair. Work is pretty quick in general -- changed suspension in about 3 days so that was very fair. Majority of mechanics…
Very friendly and professional staff and service
Vehicle was diagnosed and serviced in less than seven days. If I have any other problems i will definitely return.
