Recently, our (almost)10 year old Pomeranian visited Boulder Falls (his first time ever being boarded) for a few half days to help him prepare for a 2 night stay. During his 2 night stay, we asked for him to be groomed, teeth brushed and nail trim. Everything was absolutely wonderful!!!! His cut was perfection, he smelled so good and his breath was delightful. We are so grateful for Tatiana and the entire staff at Boulder Falls!! They are so patient and attentive. "Thank you sooo much" to the staff at Boulder Falls for the great care you provided for Graham!❤️

Once I discovered this place, it’s been the ONLY place I have taken my dogs for the past 20 years. Melissa and her team are AMAZING. They know all the dogs and their personalities. They all go above and beyond. Every time I drop off my dog(s), I can go out of town without worry. We currently only have 1 dog and I can also drop her at doggy day care so she can play in a safe environment with other dogs. Truly the best team! They love what they do, they love and care about the animals and it shows. Also, whatever the groomer/bathers are doing to my dog, I need their secret. She has crazy fur and when I pick her up her fur is so soft and she looks so pretty. Thank you Boulder Falls team!

We hate being away from our old, blind, diabetic little man, but we are so glad to have found Boulder Falls! The staff rolls with his changing meds like it’s not a burden (I know he’s a lot!), and I love the triumphant greeting we receive when we (eventually) walk through the door! The staff is very kind, and we are grateful for how you care for our little Leko!

We found this place on google after we moved here. Been here few time ma already and my cocker spaniel loves to be groomed there and he is not easy. He is excited about going. Kristine is amazing. She knows what she is doing. You have to book ahead but that’s not a problem. All the staff is very friendly. I’m glad we found a place like that.

I’ve taken my nearly 2 year old GSD, Meatball, here a couple times for boarding. He’s been to several other boarding facilities in his life. We can tell this is far and away his favorite place to go. When we pick him up from the other boarders, even if there is lots of group play, he losing his ever loving mind when we pick him up. When we pick him up from Boulder Falls, he is very happy to see us but not to the level of the other places we’ve taken him. Picking him up from Boulder Falls he seems a little sad to leave at all the friends he’s made, he is exhausted from all the play (if you have a GSD you know how hard it can be to wear these guys out!) and loves the people who took care of him.
The facilities are clean and I love that they have two adorable cats and other animals as lobby guardians and greeters. When we pick him up, he’s happy, he’s healthy and he’s clearly eaten his food. You can call to get updates to see how your fur baby is doing. The folks that work there are kind and attentive. This is hands down my favorite place I’ve taken him.
I love that (at least for now!) it’s easy to get him booked for a stay.
I’ll be taking him for daycare when I can and will update the review accordingly but I’m sure it’ll still be a 5/5 and Meatball will have loved it.
Adding to my original review since I’ve taken the doggo to their doggy daycare since posting and as expected, it was great! Meatball had a blast and came home totally exhausted for a reasonable price.

Our family is obsessed with this blue-eyed chonker, Martin Luther. He developed mats on his low back and under his chin, and because he was attacked by a coyote before he became ours, I didn't know how he would do being transported in a carrier again and we were nervous for him. I didn't need to be! At Boulder Falls he was given a bath, his nails were trimmed, and we were told he could have been fluffier but he hated the dryer 😂 We thought he looked amazing, his fur is smooth (and fluffy!), the mats are gone, and we can tell he feels fancy. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our boy (and us, by extension!)

I don’t like leaving my dog, but I never have any worries when I leave him at Boulder Falls, I’ve been bringing my dogs here for many years, and the peace of mind they provide is priceless.
I love that I can call in at any time to check on him, and the staff are wonderful and patient every time I do. The facility is always clean, and the team is consistently kind and professional. It’s clear they take great care of my pup! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, reliable, and loving boarding spot.
