Was on time (let us know when he was arriving the day before) and deep cleaning the jump house before he left. We had a great experience with Bounce House Rentals Martinez! Communication was great, drop off and pickup were on time, and staff was friendly, organized and patient with all of my questions! We will definitely use them again in the future.
We had such a great experience! This was our first time using them for my daughter’s birthday party, and everything was incredibly easy from start to finish. They were responsive and helpful ahead of time, especially when I had a few questions about the setup at our house. They showed up right on time, handled the setup quickly and easily, and came back for pickup and breakdown exactly as planned. The bounce house itself was super clean, well maintained, and looked great. Most importantly, my daughter absolutely loved it and had the best time! The whole process was seamless and one less thing for me to worry about on party day. I would absolutely use them again for another event and highly recommend them!
We rented the purple and pink castle style jumper for my daughter’s first birthday and it was amazing! Get your jumpers through this company they are truly the best!
