Dropped off early and picked up on time. They were set up very fast, too. But, the large obstacle course has a lot of wear and tear and could probably use an upgrade. It made it really hard for the kids' feet to grab the ladder part because they were so worn, especially when you add water to it.

i use bouncin bins every year for my kid's birthday. chuck, the delivery man, is the best! set up is easy and the kids love it and the parents love watching.

They were able to accommodate my request next day. Scheduling with driver was sticky, and they arrived later than communicated. He left without checking out with me and then I discovered there was a hole in it where children walk into the inflatable. The roof had a droop in it, so I had adults keep an eye on it to make sure the hole didn't get larger causing a collapse. It ended up being ok and we were able to use it for the duration of our event. I tried calling and texting to let them know and I got a much delayed response. Not impressed, but it worked OK for our needs. Guests were none the wiser.

They were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure our event was a success. What really stood out was Chuck's level of customer service. He even reached out during the party to make sure everything was running smoothly, which was greatly appreciated. He truly made the rental process enjoyable and stress-free. The office staff were also wonderful and always available to answer any questions I had leading up to the event. The obstacle course and slide were a huge hit, and everyone had a great time. Our company used Bouncin Bins for many years for an annual event and had a fine experience with them. This year was quite different and did not go well at all, so not much so that we will likely not be using them in the future. Communication and professionalism were lacking through just about the whole process. We needed a specific document filled out + an insurance certificate of our event, and it took me reaching out many times and being passed from person to person before this was resolved. It was very time consuming and stressful as we needed to get this to the venue and almost ran out of time (despite giving Bouncin Bins plenty of time to sort it out). On the day of the event, the delivery person texted me well before what we were told to expect that he was at our venue to drop off the inflatable and needed to drop it off due to another event, but none of our team was there yet because it was so early. The driver lacked professionalism but also blamed the office that they were out of touch with the scheduling. We got it resolved but then as the end of the day, the driver simply never showed up to pick up the inflatable at the end of our event & stopped communicating with me, which caused a lot of stress between our team & the park rangers. I understand that they were tight on time and "released us from liability" to leave the inflatable, but it wasn't as simple as that when the venue was a public park. We were at the venue an extra hour sorting this out with park rangers while the delivery driver wouldn't even return my calls or texts about the situation. Very disappointing. I am not sure if they recently went through a transition or new ownership, but it was a really rough process with them the entire time and was not worth the stress it caused. Unfortunately, we will not be using Bouncin Bins again and would not recommend them. I really do hope they are able to figure some things out because they have great prices and products.

Bouncing Bins was awesome! We rented a bounce house for my granddaughter's birthday party, and everything was fantastic. We had originally planned the party for one day, but when the forecast called for rain, I had to call and reschedule. They were incredibly helpful and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. The inflatable was a huge hit with all the kids—they had an absolute blast! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be booking with Bouncing Bins again for next year's party. Thank you for the excellent service!

We've used this company for the past several years to rent bounce houses for our annual 4th of July event. They are always on time and willing to work with our schedule. Their equipment is well-cared for and easy to use. The staff are all helpful and pleasant. We highly recommend them!
