I needed one of our cars towed. We called around to a few of the shops in the area and not only did they want a huge fee, they also made us wait forever and never showed up. I called Boz and they promised to show up in 30 minutes; they were here in 10. Cyrus, out operator drove that flatbed so smooth I was instantly impressed. He answered all my questions and handled everything quickly and effectively. I will be using these guys again. Customer for life.

Boz Towing provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced with a towing company! From my very first call requesting an estimate to the pickup and drop-off of my vehicle, the entire experience was exceptional. The driver was punctual, professional, and patient.
What really impressed me was the communication! They even sent me photos of my vehicle when it was picked up AND after it was dropped off, giving me peace of mind throughout the entire process.
It’s refreshing to experience this level of professionalism and customer service. If I ever need towing services again, Boz Towing will definitely be my first call. Highly recommend!

Me and my gf needed our car towed so we decided to give Boz a try. 10/10 service he got to us really fast in less than 30 minutes, towed the car about 7 miles for a reasonable price. We will be reaching out again whenever we need a tow. I’m big on good customer service and fairness and that’s exactly what we received. I would 100% recommend. I’m in the owings mills area but they tow all over! I would just call first. They answered right away!
