I’ve used BP several times now for my sprinkler repair. First off, he shows up and lets you know when he’s coming. Something different around Winnsboro.
Two of the times he came we’re not easy fixes
One time he found all 7 valves in my yard in a short amount of time. The second time he had to replace all the pipes going into the lake.
He’s very reasonably priced and very pleasant to work with.
I believe he does work on Cypress and Fork.
I’d highly recommend him.

Brett is very professional, communicates well and is an irrigation expert. We had a challenging issue with our system which two prior irrigation companies could not diagnose and fix. Brett used his detective like skills, experience and specialized equipment to correctly diagnose and finally resolve our issue. He also ended up fixing some of the very poor work of the prior companies. Our system is now functioning correctly for the first time in over 2 years. We highly recommend Brett and his company BP Irrigation Services.

Brett did a great job. He reviewed what we wanted to accomplish then shot the grade and moved the dirt. Finally he shot the grade again to make sure the land fell the right way. When it rained the water drained the way he said it would. We would use BP Land Services again and recommend to others.

I have had an irrigation system for about six years.
It has been a battle to get enough water to a large flower bed since the original installers set it up to be watered WITH my lawn. I even ran a soaker hose in it!!
I had no idea how an irrigation system was to work, and they gave me no chance for input. Needless to say, I have not been completely happy with the installation.
I contacted Bret at BP Land Services and Irrigation, asking if he could improve on the situation .
To be honest, I called him because he was a new local company, and I understood he had the license and experience.
I do know he works areas far and wide.
Bret was prompt to come.
We discussed the problem area, he eliminated the problem, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work.
As it turned out, I had him work on some other areas too.
I would Recommend BP Land Services to my best friend.
