I couldn't be happier with the work Bradfield Piano Restoration did on my 1912 Steinway Model O grand. From the first evaluation of the piano, founder Holt Deniger was exceptionally helpful. He walked me through the condition of the instrument and laid out the restoration options clearly, then adjusted the plan to fit my budget without compromising what mattered most. Throughout the project, Holt kept me fully informed. I never had to wonder where things stood, and there were no surprises. The piano was delivered within the promised timeframe. The craftsmanship was meticulous. The team honored the history and character of this century-old instrument while replacing and updating the parts that truly needed it. The finished piano is even better than I had hoped for, with a warm tone and a much improved sense of touch. I really wanted to give 5 stars, because they did a great job of accommodating my tricky schedule. I had a very narrow window of availability for my piano delivery due to work constraints, but they were able to get the piano to my house on time. However, when placing the piano in my house, they bumped it into a wall which damaged the paint. We just had this room finished and painted the previous week. Also, one of the delivery guys complained the whole time.

Following the completion of your piano move, you contacted us regarding scratches on your piano. We provided video footage taken at the pickup location showing that the scratches were already present before our crew handled the instrument. After reviewing the footage, you acknowledged the misunderstanding, which we appreciated. At that time, no concerns about damage to your wall were mentioned, so we were surprised to learn of this issue through your review. We have since spoken with our moving crew, who maintain that they did not damage your wall. Your review also states that our movers complained throughout the delivery. However, according to our crew, their interaction with you lasted approximately five minutes, as other family members coordinated the majority of the move. We would have appreciated the opportunity to investigate and address your concerns before they were posted publicly, but unfortunately, we weren't given that chance. We do appreciate your acknowledgment of our efforts to ensure your piano was delivered on time. We take customer satisfaction seriously and would still be happy to discuss your concerns and work toward a resolution.
