Staff was professional and polite. Knowledgeable of assignments.
I began my initial treatment and service with BPC and I have enjoyed my experience with the team thus far. From scheduling, felexible availability, education on what to expect, what was found, and how to maintain what’s been done. I’d highly recommend their services. Service providers done right. 🔥✨ I’ve subscribed to the quarterly services.
Brady Pest Control has excellent customer service and truly knows their stuff. If you tell them what issues you’re having, they go above and beyond to take care of it. I have a new build and we were overrun by ants at first. They came out several times after the initial treatment to make sure the problem was…
The service technician explained exactly what he was going to do and asked if I had any questions.
Parris was amazing! We had termites come out of nowhere and he handled the situation quickly and professionally. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made us feel at ease throughout the process. You can tell he really cares about doing the job right. Highly recommend Parris and Brady Pest Control!
So...they are too good! There is a rodent near my home because there is a big trash can behind my fence that belongs to an apartment building. They can't move it. So it causes rodent issues. Parris and his team are phenomenal! I would give 10 stars if I could. I mean I have never experienced this type of care and…
Paris was super helpful and knowledgeable with our gnat problem in our coffee shop! He gave us a free quote and was super fast and accommodating for service. I highly recommend this company for your pest problems!

When I say I have never had such amazing service from a pest control company in my life I am not exaggerating. This was what I expected and then some. The first thing was the call from the initial set up. the person that called explained in great detail what I should expect for the initial service, the cost etc. Second thing was the service tech, he was on time, very professional and knowledgeable about the business. He…
Our technician, Randy, was fantastic!! Will request him when needing service again. Very happy with this company, and it's services.
Your services were great! Lathan did a good job of explaining everything to me when I asked questions. Very thorough, professional and made sure everything was done to my liking. I've seen a big difference since he came. I haven't seen too many bugs in the yard and each day I see more lizards in the traps he placed…

Very professional and thoroughly goes through everything in the house. Will explain what product he is using. I saved a lot of money going through Brady pest control! The technician Paris went above and beyond. My OCD kicked in and I asked him to hit a spot that he already went through several times. Will use service again!
