Brady Pest Control has excellent customer service and truly knows their stuff. If you tell them what issues you’re having, they go above and beyond to take care of it. I have a new build and we were overrun by ants at first. They came out several times after the initial treatment to make sure the problem was…
Great company, prompt, professional and extremely affordable!
Great service. Polite phone representative and very respectful exterminator.
So...they are too good! There is a rodent near my home because there is a big trash can behind my fence that belongs to an apartment building. They can't move it. So it causes rodent issues. Parris and his team are phenomenal! I would give 10 stars if I could. I mean I have never experienced this type of care and…
Prior to hiring Brady Pest Control great customers ervice was provided via telephone to address all of my questions and concerns. Their agent arrived to my home on time and was very professional and clearly communicated the services that would be provided. Was in and out of my home in a short amount of time all…
Loyal customer two years and counting.... for me my case was extreme before being first serviced by Brady Pest Control... since then, results have been proven sometimes I am in shock realizing that the critters have actually been repelled for 6+ months. Quality Products, reasonable cost, doesn’t over sale nor under…
This was what I expected and then some. The first thing was the call from the initial set up. the person that called explained in great detail what I should expect for the initial service, the cost etc. Second thing was the service tech, he was on time, very professional and knowledgeable about the business. He…
Had been fighting ants coming in through the window seals for 4 months. Called, had my appt scheduled within 3 days and ants completely gone the same day. The field technician was professional, knowledgeable and kind. He even fixed an area on my fence so the neighbor’s dog couldn’t come through. Great Service! I regret not calling sooner.
Our technician, Randy, was fantastic!! Will request him when needing service again. Very happy with this company, and it's services.
We’ve used several different pest control services in the 4 different states we’ve lived in, and Brady is by far the absolute best! They were friendly, patient, informative on my first call to inquire about their services, and were completely up front about their charges, and never tried to up-sell me on any service…
From the moment the appointment was set up this was A1 service! Frequent commutation on time and went above and beyond to make sure our home was move in ready! Can't recommend them enough!
Parris was amazing and the customer service from when I created my appointment and even the follow up after was fantastic. The price is fair and I set up a qtrly service. I highly recommend. Great attention to detail and I felt they had a good handle on the layout of my house and the best ways to treat. I have never…
