10/10 Service, fast and friendly. Levi was very helpful !
Levi Brewster was exceptional at his job. Knew what he was doing and answered all the questions without beating around the bush.
Instructed me on what my car needed for rear brakes and gave me a very good deal on parts. Though it took a little extra time to get completed, the service was very good and they were courteous, friendly and explained everything in detail both before and after. Service tech was Levi.
They did a fantastic job. Kenneth was amazing.
Great review for these people. Very personable and patient. The manager, Kenny, is marvelous. They made sure I was informed on what was going on and why. I got my brakes, rotors, and Calipers changed! They worked with me to make sure my needs were met. I see myself going to them for most all my mechanical needs and recommend you see them as well. 100%
These guys got us in and out super quick! Great to work with!
I came to get my brakes inspected and they helped me figure out what was going on with my brakes. Unfortunately it ended up being a bit more than I expected and the manager on duty went out of his way to make it far more affordable for me and provided me with a Lyft to and from the place for when the car was done. Great service by the team all around
Great customer service! Fast and efficient.
I made an appointment a few days in advance to get my brakes replaced. I showed up for my appointment 10 minutes early and they tell me they are finishing up a couple cars and then they will get to mine. I assumed that meant it would be soonish. Nope. I waited two and half hours for them to even look at my car,…
7/13/26 I initially went to Brakes Plus to have my brakes bled. During a phone call before my appointment, I was told that my driver's side rear caliper was seized. However, it wasn't until I arrived at the shop that they informed me I would also need a brake hose replaced. While that was unexpected, I understood…
TERRIBLE. LEFT BOLTS OUT OF MY CAR. I HAVE THREE BABIES AND THEY COULD HAVE BEEN HURT. And they refuse to remedy the situation when they made my vehicle worse and have treated us terribly. DO NOT GO HERE.
Called same day and we’re able to get me in early morning within an hour. The manager was very concerned of the current condition of my brakes and I was not Working with much and he was able to cut me a great deal! This Shop 100% moves within integrity and I would highly recommend
Absolutely terrible. DO NIT RECOMMEND. I went here for a simple replacement of my brakes that was supposed to take three hours or less and ended up taking multiple days. The communication was horrible. I was back-and-forth to this location multiple times expecting to pick up my truck. At one point, they told me…
I have been to this location a couple different times and saw different mechanics and managers and every time I’ve come in, they were extremely rude and didn’t care that I was there to get my car fixed. The place was dirty and looked like it was never cleaned. My cousin went in a week ago to get some brakes on her…
I initially visited this location just before Christmas to get my rear brakes replaced. They inspected the car and to my “surprise” I had driven on the brakes needing replaced so long that it started to affect other hardware. The repair cost was high and because of the holiday season they looked at some cost saving…
Kory Tom's and his team provide exceptional service. They are honest with their assessments on what needs to be done immediately and what is coming down the road. They provide competitive quotes and prices are reasonable.

Verry professional people and faste services
Quick quick service Found brakes were within tolerance Did not pressure for additional services Very pleasant experience
I’ve had brakes and battery work done at this location. The service is convenient and reasonably priced. I’d give 6 stars if I could because Emily is awesome!
Same day diagnosis and repair. Cory was super helpful—explained my options and answered my questions. The repair took a bit longer than expected but he stayed in communication with me throughout the process. Definitely recommend this location.
Honest and friendly staff. They were able to help with my issue in a day and also worked with with to find a coat effective option. Highly recommend this location!
I’ve received great service here, for several years!
Did a great job on our truck with brakes, rotors, oil change and replaced the front shocks, and a wheel bearing. The hospitality was great as well.
Great service! Everyone was very helpful
First time customer I had my rotors recently replaced but my breaks still squeaked, Kory walked me through everything that was going on and explained it. Highly recommend this place for affordable price and great customer service!
Fabulous customer and technician service. Replaced control arm, ball joint and bearings in one afternoon.
Don’t go here for brakes. Told me my pins just needed to be greased and charged me for the service saying that took care of it. Just took it into Midas because my brakes were still making noise but turns out they were still dry and now my rotors need changed anyway. Charged me 50$ and didn’t do what they said they would. GO TO MIDAS!
I am from out of state and needed an alignment asap. Kevin at Tuffy's was very professional and kind. He kept me updated on the progress of my alignment and of the problems that they found. I was amazed at how clean the waiting area was and the shop floor was cleaned after every job. Great job to everyone! Tuffy's…
I would recommend Tuffy’s to anyone and I had my brakes done. It was leaking somewhere and they found it and fixed the rear brake lines. They always go above and beyond to satisfy their customers.
Kevin is amazing! He helped us out with a loaner and made sure we were okay before leaving the lot! Was also super accepting of my pet rats who happened to be with me! His staff is also funny and welcoming! Totally has all my car business from here out and will totally send my loved ones this way. 1000/10 stars!! GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!
