Kevin was awesome ! Not only were they able to tell me everything that was wrong with my vehicle but they had it done before I even got off of work! The staff that took care of me was very friendly and the environment was inviting . I’m planning on making this my go to auto shop . My car is running better than ever thanks to them

The service provided from all at tuffys was fantastic. Kevin really helped out when I was just on the verge of losing my mind. The service techs(I don't know their name(s) but the repairs that were needed were down fast. I always bring my vehicles to tuffys

Kevin and his team did a good job finding the source of the issue my van was having. They could have turned my issue into an unneeded, pricey repair but they were honest and corrected the minor issue that was causing the problem. I have been going to Tuffy’s on 1st Ave for years and this is why. Thank you Kevin!
The manager saved me today. Blew my tire less than a block from their location, pulled in but they don’t offer tire service anymore. I cannot recommend Tuffy's enough! When I first moved to Cedar Rapids, I didn't know where to go for a mechanic and from our first interaction, I knew this would be my place. Tuffy's is not only professional, they are honest and work with you to make sure you are back on the road. Nick was exceptional during my most recent interaction.
