Customers frequently highlight the company's punctuality, professional communication, and reasonable pricing for services like tree removal, trimming, and stump grinding. Reviewers often note that crews work efficiently, handle complex situations involving power lines or tall trees with care, and leave job sites thoroughly cleaned. The primary criticism involves a lack of follow-up on specific estimates and an inability to remove dead limbs from high branches, which some clients found inconsistent with professional standards.

Incredibly fast response time and fair with pricing. Two very large trees removed with care and precision despite low wires and being close to my home and well. Dave the owner was courteous, Randy and crew were great. Appreciate the hard work here in Princeton. We will call again!

David and the rest of his crew at Branch Manager Tree Service did a fantastic job at removing a big old hickory tree from my house in Worcester. They were extremely clean, punctual, and professional. Needed a sweet bay magnolia trimmed before it could get damaged. It had grown out quite a bit during the summer.

Did a super job on removing 2 very large Norwegian Maples. clean and efficient
Highly recommended business/team for tree removal in the Worcester MA area. These guys did an exceptional job in a tight space with electric wires on both sides of the tree. Job site thoroughly cleaned up following tree removal. Fast, friendly, and efficient.
I just had a large diseased tree removed on my property in Worcester. I contacted Dave at Branch Manager tree service and he quickly responded. He quoted a reasonable estimate which we agreed upon. Dave is very responsive to texts and phone calls. His crew did an excellent job. They were fast and efficient. Did a nice job clearing the debris. I definitely recommend Branch Manager.
