We’ve used Bray several times and always had good experiences. Matthew came out today and quickly replaced our fan. I appreciate his foresight to reach out about the issue before arriving so that he had everything he needed to make the repair in one visit.

We needed some work done on our fuse box and a couple other areas in order to sell our condo. Eric from Bray Electrical took care of everything including one extra issue to came up while he was there (coincidentally not because of him). He was friendly and did clean and efficient work.

No issues with the 1st project, but horrible communication the 2nd to the point I will not use them again.
All timestamped via an email chain and text messages:
June 24 : Appt with Bray Electrical, estimate provided later that afternoon
June 25 : I asked for an amended quote, was told "I should recieve it shortly" -- never came
June 26 : I followed up asking for the ammended quote, was told it will be sent over, was texting the technician no replies to my questions -- never came
June 30 : was told I would get a quote by the end of the week -- never came
July 12 : Quote never came -- I sent an email expressing my disappointment at the communication and that I would be reaching out to companies.
July 23 : No response of any kind has been made to my email. No apologies, no accountability. Nothing.

I worked with Reese, Mike, David, and Omar and had a good experience from start to finish. I got a panel upgrade. Mike was sales and Reese was the project manager. They both walked me through the work that needed to be done in great detail and sent me the estimate to look over afterwards. Scheduling was easy and they were upfront in telling me it would take 2 days and they would do their best to have me without power for the least amount of time. Reese came out the 1st day of work and went over everything with David and Omar, who did the work. David and Omar were very professional and knowledgeable. I felt safe and comfortable with them doing the work. They answered every question I had and went over the work to ensure it was all done correctly. Reese and Mike gave me their personal numbers, just in case I needed something. Reese came back out himself to fix an outlet that wasn’t working after the work had been done. Their price was reasonable and middle of the road as far as other quotes I got. The inspector commented on the good work that was done. They were helpful, understanding, and easy to work with for such a big project. I would recommend and use them again myself.
