Justin and Charles were absolutely fabulous. Their work was great and they were great to work with!

Honestly I don't know where to begin. Josh and his aid, I believe his name is Ben, we're so easy to work with. Everything they worked on was explained prior to the job and there was a lot to explain because they were installing a new electrical system. This ment 2 days of "a power down" to do the work safely and my local electric company had to be informed about the work prior to the work, and when completed, had to be inspected by the electric company to make sure everything was done according to the new housing codes. Needless to say when all the work was completed, passed code regulations, my local electric company came and installed the meter and turned the electric back on. The technicians did an excellent job not only on the work they had to do but also the clean up. They used my recycling can for that trash and the garage can for the garbage. A home owner couldn't have asked for better electricians to work with. Upon completing that job they came into my home and installed 9 recessed lights. Cutting larger holes so they fit into the ceiling properly. No sheet rock, plaster flecks, or dust was left behind. Even the kitchen counter was wiped clean. When I have any future electrical work that needs to be done Bray Electric will definitely be doing the job. In fact there are a couple of projects that will be in the works some time next year and as far as I'm concerned Bray Electric will be doing that job. Thanks Bray fir a job well done. Your people definitely know what they are doing.

From start (I searched Chatgbt for recommendations in the area) to finish, when it came to scheduling, to quotes for the work, to questions on the whole process, Bray Electrical and the tech that handled it all-“Devon”, was top-notch. I had several quotes by several recommended companies given for the work we were told by Georgia Power needed to be done. Bray’s quote came in fair and reasonable. Some of the companies that gave quotes were not too convincing upon dealing with them. One guy tried to sell us on doing work that was not even in question. He saw an EV in the driveway and inquired about installing an EV charger in addition to what GP required! That shot the quote up by another $3K, in addition to his much higher quote for the required install. Dealing with Bray turned out to be just what we needed. All calls to the office were handle professionally and promptly. I recommend them for all electrical needs.

Riley came out to give us a quote and he was so thorough in his explanation. I had no clue what it took to install outdoor lighting and he was excellent.

Exceptional service! I especially appreciate the sincerity of the tech who came out today, Justin Miller. He took the time to clearly explain what he thought was wrong with our fire alarms and then gave me options on how to proceed.
