Reviewers frequently highlight the clinic's reasonable pricing, transparent cost estimates, and friendly staff who handle pets with gentleness. Many patients appreciate the ability to secure same-day or last-minute appointments for issues ranging from ear infections to allergy treatments. However, a pattern of criticism involves concerns over aggressive upselling of tests, perceived misdiagnosis leading to pet death, and rigid policies regarding walk-ins or deposits for new patients.

Ridiculous amount of noise/construction. They should have disclosed this so those who choose could reschedule since I have an already nervous dog. The 2 Dr's I've seen so far have been nice.

We sincerely apologize for the noise disturbance during your visit and understand how it could've been distressing for your dog, Victoria. We're aiming to create a serene environment for all our animal patients. However, we're glad our doctors were helpful and look forward to offering you and your dog a better experience in the future.

Brazoswoods Vet Clinic is the best place we’ve ever taken our animals. They are almost always able to accommodate last minute appointments when needed, front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and the vets and techs are all wonderful and so good with our pets. The pricing is also very reasonable and they are transparent with cost upfront instead of surprising you with a massive unexpected bill when you go to check out. We have cats and dogs, and they’ve treated them all with so much care, and really listen and take the time to talk through things when we have questions or concerns. Very highly recommend to anyone in the area. My family will not go anywhere else except here.

Saw me quickly, and as a new client. Understood my issue with my dog and handled the issue quickly and expertly.
Another one day, same day appointment and visit. This was to see an abandoned dog that I came into possetion of.
Just a follow up for my second dog. Going through puppy shots and meds.
