Felipe and his team from Breathable did a thorough, excellent job on our air duct cleaning here in Berkeley. Honestly, our ducts hadn't been cleaned in a long time and were well overdue — there was a lot of work to be done. Felipe communicated really well throughout the whole process, keeping us informed at every…
We've been using Breathable for regular duct cleaning at our home in Oakland since 2018, and they have never once let us down. Most recently, Felipe and his team came out to handle our Type-B vent and duct cleaning, and as always, they delivered. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and were courteous…
Juan and his team did a great job at our home in Campbell. We had them do a Type B cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and insulation on the duct supply in our garage. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Juan called us while they were working to alert us of an issue, which we appreciated and approved the…
My service technician, Juan, was very knowledgeable and already knew exactly what to check for in my neighborhood, as he had serviced homes in the area before. As a new homeowner, I really appreciated that he took the time to give me a tour of my HVAC system and answered all of my questions. More than 20 gallons of…
We bought an older home in Livermore that needed some real TLC, and had Breathable Inc. out for air duct cleaning on a house with 16 vents and 2 furnaces. The difference has been huge. Filipe, who was soft-spoken, sweet, and clearly passionate about his work, and his teammate worked from 8am to 4pm, reconnecting…
I am a East Bay real estate broker and have used Breathable Inc services for many years. They have serviced my own properties, properties I manage, hoa properties I manage, and I even referred my family members to them. Everyone has been highly satisfied. This week I used them again to clean ducts on a property I…
Alex and his crew from Breathable were absolutely awesome when they came out to our home in Danville. The guys did a duct cleaning and fixed the air flow in two of our rooms, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were incredibly efficient, professional, and arrived right on time as promised. The HVAC…
Wow! All the stars! The only regret we have about Breathable is not finding them years ago. We recently had a mold issue in our bedroom due to water intrusion from a faulty window installation. I contacted Breathable as they are one of the few companies I found capable of doing full HVAC mold remediation. From first…
I had an excellent experience with Breathable for comprehensive duct cleaning at my San Francisco home. The technician Alex and his helper arrived right on time and tackled a substantial job - cleaning 2 furnace systems including supply ducts and 10 heat registers, 6 exhaust fans that required complete disassembly…
Filipe and his team at Breathable did an excellent job with our duct repair and duct cleaning in Concord! We had a damaged duct in our crawl space that needed fixing, plus we wanted all our ducts cleaned. The HVAC technicians repaired the duct and secured it much better than it was originally, then cleaned all the…
Fast, clean and I think they made my son’s allergies go away! Alex was our excellent lead tech.
Extremely happy with the HVAC service I received from Breathable. Noe performed preventative maintenance on my dual fuel furnace and mini split system. He was friendly, professional and super knowledgeable, answering all my questions and even educating me on some heat pump functions that the installing company said…
Everything was fantastic. After discovering an emergency with my cracked, asbestos-containing ducts, I received a transparent quote with no hidden fees or nonsense. The team provided same-day site evaluation and scheduled the repairs for the very next day. Juan and his professional, knowledgeable crew significantly…
Breathable cleaned my air ducts and dryervent here in Moraga. Filipe and his assistant were very professional and polite. Highly recommend.
Alex and team did a wonderful and professional job. They were communicative, courteous and very thorough. In addition to cleaning, there was some replacement work needed for one of our ducts and they explained it and took care of it very promptly. Nir was also friendly and helpful in explaining the work needed over the phone. Highly recommend this service!
Felipe and his team arrived as scheduled. They were professional and respectful of property. They were very skilled and efficient in their work. They coordinated their efforts and demonstrated exemplary attention to detail. I believe the fees represented a very good value for the services performed. Highly recommended!!
Felipe and team at Breathable did an outstanding job cleaning and repairing my ducts. They were thorough, kind and professional. Recommend!
We've worked with the Breathable team on a couple of different projects - first installing a new furnace, and cleaning out existing ducts. Most recently we had all the original ducts replaced, and a heat pump installed for A/C. The entire process was so smooth and the techs, Juan and Diego were amazing. Super…
Great service from start to finish! I needed the crawl space cleaned out because of previous rodent activity. I also needed all the vents in the crawl space replaced, which were damaged and torn up due to the activity. I called many HVAC companies to see who can do both jobs in one go. Breathable was one of the few…
We just had the Type X system reset done on our house by the folks at Breathable, and I am pleased to say that it was a great experience working with the team. They responded promptly to the service, answered all of my questions, and found some additional problems that they agreed to fix on the spot! I am grateful…
