Tyler, our technician, is friendly, professional, thorough and answers questions I ask. I came to Breezeway after cycling through a few other providers, and I am sticking with them.

I have been with Breezeway for over 5 years and have ALWAYS had a great experience. I have used them for maintenance, installation and repairs, always a smooth, positive experience. The office team (Julia and Keisha), Josh the technician, as well as the other Breezeway technicians are awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and fair pricing. I had an amazing experience with Breezeway! My HVAC unit stopped working, and they were able to come out the exact same day. The technician diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it right then and there. Best of all, the pricing was incredibly fair and reasonable—no hidden fees or price-gouging. We called Tyler to give us an estimate for AC replacement but he ended up diagnosing the problem. The only guy out of 4 others who came to give us quotes. It was an easy and relatively cheap fix — I know I’ll be coming to them when the replacement is actually needed.
