Customers frequently cite punctuality, clear communication, and fair pricing as key aspects of the service, often noting that the handyman arrived on time and explained repairs thoroughly. Work performed includes appliance repairs, window AC installations, furniture assembly, and ceiling fan setups. One low-star review highlights a pattern of unreliability, describing three consecutive appointment cancellations after booking through the company website.

Not reliable. Made three appointments using the availability on their site. All three were canceled.

We sincerely apologize for the repeated cancellations and take full responsibility. We've been upgrading our scheduling systems to improve reliability, but that is no excuse for your experience. We're addressing these issues to ensure this doesn't happen again. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I can’t say enough good things about Diamante. He removed some old exterior blinds and an overhang above our back entrance. He’s knowledgeable, hard working, fair and he does excellent quality work. He’s also a great guy to work with, he’s punctual, and he communicates very well throughout the project. I would strongly recommend hiring him for any handyman work. You won’t find a more honest, quality handyman.

Diamante did a great job!! He arrived right on time and got right to it. He was very personable and both explained and showed us what was wrong and what he did. He also showed me what to do if the problem happens again in the future! To me that is a GREAT plus. We will definitely recommend Brew City Handyman to friends and family!!

The owner came to fix my LG Dryer. He is a knowledgeable intelligent young man who is very respectful. He responded to my call within an hour. He had appointments available within 3 days. He charged a flat rate which was a relief... I appreciate his response times and care... I would recommend him to family and friends

Brewcity Handyman was a lifesaver. They came when I needed them, which was super convenient. Fixed the main issue I had and even tackled a few other things I didn't know how to handle. Super impressed with their work and would definitely use them again. Highly recommend them if you need any handyman help!

My Washer had stopped mid- cycle and I found Diamante’s name on the next door app who had high recommendations by others. He was able to diagnose within a day or so of my initial contact, had to order a part and it was up and running within about three days from start He was at all times very professional and knowledgeable about his work. I will definitely hire him again.
