Elbert's experience with VA Derm is very positive. Has had MOHS procedures, Drs and staff always made him feel comfortable and confident in their abilities. Mr Masters performs Elbert's regular checkups. He is so personable, caring and knowledgeable.
I had the pleasure of meeting Danielle, the PA at yesterday's appointment. She was prompt, pleasant, and offered a lot of suggestions. I recommend you definitely go see her for your concerns.
They are very busy! Get there early on the day of your surgery. They are extremely friendly, personable, and professional. You can see why they're so popular. The medical staff is very interested in comforting the patient. The physician who treated me, Dr. J, is great. I felt like the mhos surgery happened to me while I was in the middle of a great conversation.
The staff was very friendly from the reception desk to the PA'S that worked on me. I felt very comfortable through the whole process. It is so important to feel comfortable and safe during this process.
First of all the staff at the front desk gave us a very warm and caring greeting. When I was talking to them about my granddaughter they were very understanding and compassionate towards how I was feeling and my granddaughter's discomfort. They made every effort to get us in to see a doctor ASAP when everywhere else we went were giving us dates way out starting at the end of August. That would not do at all! My 2-year-old granddaughter was in a lot of pain & discomfort from her eczema. Once we showed up for our first appointment, we were once again greeted with a very cheerful welcome and once we saw the doctor her bedside manner was awesome! and the way they explained everything to us and reassured us about the different medications and what to even launder her clothes in and bathe her in etc the whole nine yards we felt a lot better. Everything was explained to us in detail. We didn't feel rushed or incomplete when we left and the medicines that they prescribed for her has already made a big difference. We could see a change in a couple of weeks. We are so happy that we decided to go there.

There services are so good, and they are so friendly. Best experience ever. My wait was only 10 min and that was fast. Doctor I had new my situation and quickly he was able to fix it. Thanks to front desk, nurse and doctor, u guys are awesome.
For years I've seen Bob Masters for an annual check given my former occupation that had me in the sun. A great guy, fellow veteran and I will truly miss his presence in the office upon his retirement.
I've been going to this practice for a couple of years now and every time I have been I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is very polite and professional and there's not a long wait time to be seen. Very happy here.
