I wish I could give 10/10 stars. The entire team at Oak Street is incredible. Jenny and Bradley are a dynamic duo and I felt like their best friend from the second I walked in the door. They guided me seamlessly throughout the entire process and I felt so comfortable and secure with my home buying process. Bradley is amazing and made me feel heard and understood and took the time to find options that felt right for me. Jenny is a QUEEN when it comes to working your sale, she knows what she is doing and how to intelligently navigate each step. Bonnie is a superstar with details, she takes so much of the stress off you during this process. I truly couldn't recommend this team more. I feel thankful to have gone through this process with them.

We’ve had an excellent experience with Brianna and her team over the last several years. We used the Oak Street Realty team to buy our first house in 2020, and knew they would be our first call when it was time to buy our second house in 2026. The team masterfully handled both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our first home this year (2026). On the buy-side, Jenny M. and Bradley put in a ton of effort and stuck with us over several months and dozens of showings to help us find our perfect new home and lead us through the purchasing negotiations and closing process. On the purchase of our forever home, Jenny Morant was exceptional. She negotiated an additional $75,000 off an already-reduced asking price, creating tremendous value for us. Her help went well beyond the negotiation. She uncovered an old survey that ultimately helped us secure approval for a DADU—an important part of making the property work for our family—and connected us with a trusted contractor who could help bring the project to life. Our rental property presented a completely different challenge. After our tenant moved out, the house needed work before it was ready for the market. The refreshed property generated significant buyer interest and multiple offers, and Brianna negotiated a deal $120,000 over our list price, with a one-week closing and no repairs. She even secured a backup contract to further protect us through closing. What stands out most after 10 transactions is that Brianna and her team don't simply help you buy or sell a house.
