Good selection of equipment, staff isn’t the most helpful but I like to be left alone so that’s not a bad thing for me. Good price on guitar strings. They also have an impressive acoustic guitar room. Their piano keyboards are powered and I have played several without being approached and I appreciate that.

Great ppl patient with questions and if one doesn't have the answer they ask the other staff! Lots of knowledge from what I have asked today I would recommend this place to beginners to pros.

Stumbled on this place. Best selection of individual guitar picks of any store I've been to in the area. They had several types I've been looking for but couldn't find locally. Nice selection of amps and guitars. There were also a few guitars that I couldn't find other places. Had a good variety of pedals and all the accessories you need.

I traded a epiphone and a Washburn guitar for an ovation, I don't want thr ovation anymore and I did the trade on an impulse after my wife died recently, I just want my epiphone back trade back the ovation they can keep the Washburn but please I begged john the owner and he was heartless. I am disabled with a brain injury tbi, and I made a mistake in trading mt epiphone its the only guitar I can play acoustics to hard on my arms from my broken neck. Trade me back john, please

This place seems cool, bigger than I thought, and pricing seems fair. This was my 1st visit, I picked up a cable, the price on the wall was less than the register price by 20% ($2). I alerted the clerk who went to check, and suggested he can't adjust the price that rang up. This is a strange customer service move. I will probably skip the stop and order from Amazon or MF next time. It's a little slower, but also more honest and less of a hassle.
