My husband and I want to thank Tyler Carlisle For his help through this whole process. Tyler worked tirelessly with all my questions and repeating questions I had for him. He got right back with me. He answered my calls when I had to leave a message very quickly. He was efficient, extreme, helpful, knowledgeable Any good sales person to work with Should be just like Tyler.
The bright solar office staff was fantastic to work with Mariya and Austin Help me with the computer end of the process, rebates, and going the extra mile doing things for me that I didn’t seem to be able to do. They were always kind with a wonderful attitude in spirit. I truly loved working with them because they helped calm down When I couldn’t figure something out. I would recommend them to anyone for their solar needs
Then after the process is all finished, we were so incredibly surprised that they had someone deliberate this wonderful gift basket follow all kinds of delicious sweets. That was very unique and thoughtful. We sure didn’t see that one coming. Blessings to all Ron 💜 and Pati
I have enjoyed working with Mariya from Bright Home who is managing the install of a Home Solar Battery. She regularly provides updates in advance of each step to be completed. A+ transaction.
In April, I decided to put Solar on my home. I was one of the people that the Solar company disappeared as soon as they got the panels on my house. A friend suggested I call Austin from Bright home to see if they could help me finish up my Solar sure enough they could they came out and inspected the house and said yes they can go ahead and finish it for me but as soon as I agreed to do this with ride home, they’re all the old Solar company started blowing my phone up and threatening me Austin at Bright home was very patient and and kind and waited till I got that finished in and out of the way we finally got it up on the house got it turned on. Everything went great. He is fast efficient and very, very friendly and reasonable. Use them you won’t be disappointed.
Bright Home Energy gave exceptional service I would highly recommend. Communication has been very helpful and reassuring… installation has been wonderful in and out in one day… very please with the whole experience
Bright Home Energy has been a pleasure to work with from the initial sit down with Michael to the management of the project with Austin. Everything was explained in full detail and the service was dependable, efficient and on time. If you run the numbers and it makes sense you will not be disappointed using Bright Home Energy as they are a fantastic choice.
Bright home Energy is a good company to work with. They take the time to explain things and don’t give attitude when questions are asked. You can contact them directly during any part of the process. Definitely recommend.
Very happy with Bright Home Energy and the installation of our Tesla Powerwall. Everyone on the Bright Home Team has been a pleasure to work with. Setting proper expectations on timing and next steps is critical as dealing with city ordinances and sign offs requires coordination and communication. Thanks to everyone!
