Bright Horizons at South Lake Union

I love the bright horizon at South Lake Union. I took my 3-month-old, now 9 months old. I must say the growth is extremely massive and impressive. They take very good care of their child, just as any parent would. Very clean and tidy environment. Great people from the front office to the back office. This child care deserves a trophy 🏆. I love it there for my son. The daily update on the app, pays good attention to every kid, and tells you what's new with them.

Under Julz’s leadership, we’ve had great experiences at Bright Horizons SLU for both our son and daughter. They look forward to spending time with their teachers and friends and have learned / are learning lots of skills from walking and eating solid foods to reading and writing. It’s also very convenient that the center is open nearly all of the time (only closing for major holidays and significant weather disruptions).

We are really enjoying our experience at BH SLU! The teachers are wonderful, loving and committed to providing the best experience for both the children and parents. My son squealed with delight upon entering his classroom last week!

Our family has absolutely loved this center and our experience here. Admin and staff are so supportive and communicative through transitions, and my child has thrived in the last year of transitioning to this center. Teachers were supportive through adapting to new language, new teachers, toilet learning, class transitioning; admin are communicative, thoughtful, and above-and-beyond helpful.

Our baby recently started at BH SLU. Every member of the staff has been so welcoming and taken great care of our child. We get so many updates on her status throughout the day it makes us feel so comfortable with the care she is receiving!

My child absolutely adores her teachers. They are incredibly caring, kind, patient, and loving with every child. I often see my little one sitting comfortably in their laps, hugging them, dancing, playing, reading, and making art with her teachers in class. With their guidance, she has learned so much, from speaking new words to sharing with friends and cleaning up after herself. Her teachers are always full of positive energy and warm smiles, and I feel completely reassured knowing she is in such loving and capable hands.

All the teachers are amazing! My daughter looks so happy when I go pick her up. She learned how to blow kisses from one teacher too. It's hard to put your kid in daycare so young, but they made it easier for sure.

Our 1.5 year old and 3.5 year old joined Bright Horizons SLU 3 months ago and we could not be happier! As a military family until very recently, this is our third daycare experience in our third state over just the past three years (!). We were very sad to leave the daycare at our last duty station, but have been quickly relieved to watch our kids settle into Bright Horizons SLU so seamlessly. Our kids both love their teachers and the admin team are highly effective. The only watch out is I-5 related traffic… but traffic challenges are true of so many daycares across Seattle that I don’t consider that a deal breaker. Just something to factor in to your personal drop off and pick up route.

My son and I feel truly welcomed every morning. Seeing updates and photos of my baby during the day means so much to us and is the biggest plus.
