Customers frequently cite thorough deep cleaning, punctuality, and efficient communication as key benefits of the service. Many note that the team handles move-in and move-out projects well, often completing work within quoted times and budgets. One low-star review criticized the lack of English proficiency among staff and questioned the authenticity of other reviews, though the vast majority of feedback remains positive regarding the quality of the cleaning.

I am VERY picky when it comes to how my house is cleaned, especially when I’m paying for a deep clean, and Brightleaf Cleaning completely exceeded my expectations. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever hired a cleaning company that did a true deep clean the way I would if I had the time to do it myself.
The attention to detail was incredible. They moved large pieces of furniture to clean underneath and behind them, cleaned the inside of my oven, refrigerator, and microwave, wiped down all of my kitchen cabinets (including getting all those little crumbs and bits of food that somehow end up everywhere), cleaned the interior windows and window sills, and my baseboards are literally sparkling. The bathrooms look amazing, and the entire house just feels genuinely CLEAN — not just picked up and wiped down.
I’ve had deep cleans done before where I immediately noticed all the things that were missed, and that was absolutely not the case here. They got the details that I normally assume I’ll have to go back and do myself.
I also really appreciated that I got this level of detail without having to spend $1,000+ on a deep clean. I don’t recommend cleaning companies easily because I’m so particular about cleaning, but I would absolutely recommend Brightleaf Cleaning. They did an incredible job, and I will definitely be using them again!

Yaneth Team did an OUTSTANDING job on our move-in deep clean. The house didn't feel like it belonged to us yet because we could still see remnants of the previous owners. It feels like a completely different space!! Shout out to the girls for working so hard to make this dream come true.
