Absolutely amazing staff and care.This group came highly recommended to me and I highly recommend them to anyone needing home care support. From the initial care assessment performed by RN Heather to care givers Robin, Cathy, Leslie P, and Denise as well as the office staff Bri Brock we have been exceptionally pleased with all of them. If you are looking for excellent home care support this is the company I recommend.

We were recommend by two separate family friends to use BrightStar. It has been amazing. I know I am leaving my husband in good hands. CARMELOW or I have nicknamed MELOW:) has been fantastic. My husband was uncomfortable with the entire situation and Melow put him at ease. Highly recommend to anyone who needs services.

I am very happy with Brightstar. My regular care giver is Cameron McCormick and she is a jewel. She takes initiative, is extremely trustworthy and a terrific cook. She has made my life considerly easier. And their substitute care givers have been wonderful too.

When I first started using Brightstar, I won’t lie, the place was completely incompetent. I have a set schedule and they had just flat out forgot to send over my nurses and CNA’s. No call no show, I would call the office and not be able to reach anybody because I was told “we were in meetings”. It was a mess. That was before Brandy took over the Mesa office & they got rid of the previous manager. Now Brightstar has been wonderful. A few names I would like to mention are Brandy from the office, Robin the Nurse, Robin the CNA, Taylor the CNA, Peyton the CNA, & Sky the CNA. All of these employees have been nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They work hard & you really get the notion that they care about their work & their patients. I would recommend Brightstar to anyone looking for a nursing agency . The owner Steve is also very accommodating and invested on making sure he provides great healthcare to all of his clients.

Brightstar Care has been nothing short of amazing. When I needed to find trusted home care for my mother, I turned to Brightstar to help. From the extensive, in home assessment by a licensed nurse, to regular follow-up from BrightStar staff, I trust that Brightstar has my mom's health, safety and happiness in mind. Above all else, her care provider, Tiffany, has built a strong relationship of trust and care. She is an amazing, caring woman who has helped my mom as her care needs have increased. She's become a good friend and companion, and someone I can trust to communicate effectively and advocate on my mother's behalf. Thank you Tiffany!!!

We have been clients of BrightStar Care for about four years. We’ve been blessed with wonderful caretakers. Just to mention a few, there is Tina, Brittany and Cameron. They care for Walter as if he were family and makes the care so much more personal and easy. They each deserve a five star rating!

Excellent company. James J. is the best, kindest physical therapist who has worked with us 😊. He has helped us to walk and become stronger when physical therapists from other companies would not even try 😁. If you have the pleasure to work with him in your home, you will be pleased.

These people are angels and miracle workers all in one! They were able to get immediate nursing care for a child in need on a holiday weekend. They did great work and went to great lengths to ensure things were taken care of. An outstanding care agency!
