I loved the service I received from Bristol Windows, but I didn't like the product. The first serious rain that happened, my one window leaked like crazy because window didn't lock like it should have. When I pushed the locking mechanism down, it went down smoothly, like it slid into the slot as it should have, but it actually didn't. There was no indication that it hit against the frame instead of the slot. It was not "idiot proof". The "feel" did not indicate whether the lock engaged or not. This was not the fault of Bristol Windows, but was the fault of the manufacturer. It should not be difficult for the homeowner to be able to tell if the window is locked properly or if it isn't. Because of this, the locking mechanism spread the two windowpanes apart to cause a gape that allowed a significant amount of water to leak inside my home. Again, this was not the fault of Bristol Windows, but the fault of the manufacturer. Now that I know, I will be more careful to make sure that the window is actually locked.

Bristol was very easy to work with and the whole process went fast and smoothly. Then the office staff was very supportive with questions we had leading up to the install. From the free estimate to install our project took around 1 month is all! Then the windows themselves have been amazing we can already notice the difference in our house!

I cannot praise Bristol Windows enough! We ordered replacement windows for our house back in January. We were told they would be ready in May, and they were! The windows were installed this past week by two very capable installers--Kim and Matt. They both worked tirelessly to replace our old windows and install our new windows, which included new trim around the windows. . My husband and I are very pleased with the finished product!
