Britt is exceptional. He came to us as a recommendation from a prior realtor we had. Britt has extensive experience and knowledge working with VA loans and is familiar with the process. What we loved most about him is that he was honest about where we shouldn't waste our time. Not only that but he takes into consideration the things your looking for. He found us a beautiful home one we weren't even expecting to find better than what we could have found ourselves because he listened to what we what we wanted and with careful consideration gave us what we needed. We love our new home thanks Britt!!!! He also had contractors recommendations. Went to him for cleaning, upholstery pest and more!

Our experience with this realtor was extremely disappointing from the beginning. Communication was consistently poor, and we often had difficulty getting clear or timely answers. On numerous occasions, we felt misled because the information we were given was inconsistent with what later happened or what we later learned. After our home had been listed for 62 days, we decided to remove it from the market. We then asked him to remove photos of our home. Rather than addressing our concern and communicating with us professionally, he blocked me on Facebook. Selling a home requires trust, honesty, and dependable communication. Unfortunately, we did not feel that we received any of those things. I am sharing our experience so other homeowners can ask detailed questions, insist on getting important information in writing, and carefully consider whom they hire. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this realtor.

We found Mr. Dowling through his YouTube videos and loved the community overviews he posted. He helped us through a challenging home buying process from Japan and went above and beyond to help us do things we couldn't do ourselves because of the distance. It was our first time purchasing a home and he made it feel easy, answered our many questions, and got us the deal we wanted. Give him a call!!

Nearing my graduation from Auburn University I accepted a job offer with a firm in Montgomery. Due to my start date being so soon and wanting to purchase a house I knew a realtor would help move the process along quicker. I wanted a realtor who was communicative and took intiative since I am a first time home owner I knew I would be unfamilar with a lot. Britt was incredible! We met over the phone the day after I first contacted him and a couple weeks later we spent a day looking at maybe 10 properties. Britt knew I had a time constraint and needed to act fast and was so helpful! Britt assisted in not only the purchashing of a house, but with any questions I had about the entire process. He was there for all the meetings and walk throughs and was such an asset, espcially since I am only 23 and buying a house on my own for the first time! Highly reccomend!

Cannot rave enough about Britt. He helped my senior dad sell his house that he lived in for 25 yrs so he could move closer to family.
