my Sassy (cat) had extensive and unexpected dental procedure. She is very tiny and I was so concerned about anesthesia and the extreme intervention she needed. She is doing wonderfully and purring and playing and eating with a mouth full of sutures. Thanks Dr Brown and B for your incredible care of my little girl. She seems so perky

Worst experience, do not go there! Overly expensive and not even decent care. It was my first visit with a newly adopted dog, the doctor (Hayes), did not introduce herself and just started examining and giving my dog vaccinations without even briefing me on what she was doing. Then she charged me for bloodwork I did not consent to. I talked to the office manager over a month later after several emails and app chats that were not returned; however, I know these emails were received because one requested an RX which was subsequently called into the pharmacy. The office manager informed me that several things were wrong with my visit such as the vet’s lack of communication/care and I did not receive a proposal prior to care/payment. I only received a minuscule amount back for my troubles even though they treated me an my dog horribly and charged us for products and services for which I did not consent to. The office mgr knew this all occurred bc the office uses AI transcription for visits. When I noted I deserved more for my awful experience, I was told no, I then requested the AI transcription - that request received no response.
