I got my oil changed, and the price was about what you'd pay anywhere else but it didn't seem like a professional business. I didn't get a call to say my car was done, as they said I would, the tire light is on in my car now, I got charged $5 for "shop supplies" (this is separate charge from parts) and the sticker is barely on my window.
If a business that is meant to focus on the details to make sure your vehicle is safe, is not focusing on the details, I'm left to wonder what else they are missing..
