In my experience, BKS is the best aftercare program. My daughter is very happy with all her classes—in addition to being an aftercare service, my daughter takes classes there. The BKS team is very responsible, professional, and dedicated. I highly recommend it.

We just joined Broadway Studios, and are thrilled to be part of it. We have heard so many awesome things about the atmosphere, the professionalism and kind and caring owners and staff that we are so excited! They have so much to offer and so many classes to choose from. It's just amazing!

Be very careful with this business and monitor your credit card closely. I was charged $130 on September 2 ($80 monthly tuition plus a registration fee). We were unhappy with the class and stopped attending after the first month; however, they continued charging my card for three additional months. After I disputed the charges, my bank refunded the money, blocked the merchant, and stopped the recurring $80 charge. Unfortunately, in January I discovered another charge for $88. Their regular monthly tuition is $80, and it appears they attempted to bypass the bank’s fraud detection system by charging a slightly different amount. This experience was extremely disappointing. Please proceed with caution.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We take billing concerns seriously and would like to clarify the situation for transparency and accuracy. Enrollment at our studio is ongoing for the school year as our classes run from September through May and are governed by a signed agreement, which requires written notice to withdraw. Prior to the initiation of chargebacks for October, November, and December, we did not receive any verbal or written communication requesting cancellation, withdrawal, or raising concerns about tuition charges. The chargebacks were the first notification of any kind indicating non-participation or intent to cancel, and therefore did not meet the contractual notice requirements. As a courtesy and one-time exception to our policy, once we received this notification and the chargebacks requests were received, we immediately unenrolled the student and ensured that no future tuition charges would be assessed. We have also reversed the January charge as well. This exception was extended in good faith and does not negate the validity of the prior charges, which were contractually authorized for an enrolled student whose roster spot was held during a high-demand season and no request to cancel was ever submitted. Regarding the charge of $88: our standard monthly tuition is $80. Payments are processed automatically on the 1st of each month, and per the agreement, a 10% late fee is applied if the initial payment does not successfully process by the 5th. The $88 charge reflects this late fee after the original tuition payment failed—it was not an attempt to alter or bypass any bank system and it systemically processed for students enrolled. However this charge has been refunded. We understand that misunderstandings can happen, and we encourage families to contact us directly with any questions or concerns so they can be resolved promptly and accurately. We remain committed to clear communication, fair policies, and providing a positive experience for all of our families. We wish you and your family well and encourage you to follow contractual obligations you agreed to in the future and to provide a full account of the circumstances in future reviews of companies you choose to partake in services with.
This review is long overdue! I attended Broadway Kids Studio over a decade ago, and it remains one of my most cherished and happy childhood memories. My singing and theater teacher at the time, Mr. Gareth, was my favorite. I used to have an acting group class with him, followed by a private vocal lesson right after. I looked forward to that day every single week. May his soul rest in peace. I also attended a few summer camp programs, and I adored every second. Ms. Michelle used to always tell me how much she loved how “Kat Kotrupas” sounded — that it was the perfect stage name. As a kid, I obviously ate that up. Ms. Michelle clearly cared so deeply about all of her students. She created an environment where I felt safe, supported, and truly cared for. Everyone who worked there seemed genuinely dedicated to helping me become the best version of myself. I’m honored to have known so many students who have gone on to accomplish incredible things in the arts. I will forever be grateful for my time at Broadway Kids Studio
Broadway kids studio is amazing , I have improved so much as an actor and a vocalist. I recommend this to anyone that wants to get involved in theater or dance this is an amazing place!
My friend goes to this studio and she says it is an amazing studio for kids that want to grow.
