Professional and reasonably priced

We had rats in the storage area behind our shop and it was damaging packaging and creating a bad odor. The team came after closing time and checked the entire space thoroughly, including behind stacked boxes and near pipes. They discovered a small opening near a drainage line and sealed it properly. Traps were placed in strategic locations instead of random spots. Within a few days activity reduced and after about a week it stopped completely. One trap needed adjustment later, but they returned quickly and fixed it without issue. The storage is now much cleaner and usable again.

As unpleasant and frustrating as pests are, I've had nothing but a great experience with Brody Brothers. The techs who have come out have been super friendly and informative. Russ in particular, who services my area in Hampden, is especially friendly. They weren't pushy either- they just seemed genuinely sympathetic for my state which really pushed me to just immediately go with them. They gave me a ton of info on what they'd do and what I could do even if I didn't go with them. Their system of frequency in checks/calls is just what I would want. I wouldn't ever consider anyone else.

Looking for a non-national brand, yet something more than a single office than Brody Bros is the best fit. Their App is communicative & receptive. Priced with value not breaking one's bank. Was relieved to have someone on the books for a resource year round.

Expensive for what you get. Charged $499 for initial service and after signing, was there for less than 1 hour - feel taken advantage of. Got two more quotes after the fact and they were over 3x the other quotes for the year's contract. Called immediately to cancel going forward and would not let me out of their contract. Darrell was not helpful, and wanted to serve out the 1 year's contract despite my feeling of being take advantage of. Very disappointed!

Never signed the agreement. Will not allow us to cancel the contract after 3 months of attempting cancellation. The company does nothing to follow up. Collects it money and runs. Reconsider using this company if you have a pest problem.

If you are unsure about who to go with, these are the people for the job. My GMom and I moved about a year ago and found we had a mouse problem. They ran around the house like they owned it and chewed holes in walls. We hired a different company with a bigger name and paid a lot more which turned out to be a waste of money. they didn't even look for holes outside. so we were worried about hiring another company and it felt impossible to get rid of the mice. we then tried Brody Brothers and within 5 mins of them being here John did more then the other company in 2 months. We walked the house inside and out sealing off holes one by one. He was very knowledgeable and walked through everything he was doing and why. He was super friendly and had a smile on his face while in a dirty crawlspace under my house. It has now been 3 days and we haven't seen or heard a mouse. 10 stars for me. Best experience I've ever had. Big thank you to John !!!! and thank you to the company for all being friendly !
