We cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility. Our mom is happy and adjusting well. The staff are nothing but remarkable, helpful and truly care for the residents.
The staff was very caring, knew our family's first names right off. Offered to do whatever we needed to have done. Always asking what they can do to make things more comfortable for my spouse.

This facility is not only beautiful and clean it’s run by a wonderful team that is extremely knowledgeable in Senior Care and they know their residents like they are their own family. April Reinhart (Executive Director), Ella Minton (Health and Wellness Director) and Stacey Calhoun (Sales Manager) are an incredible team. Caring, efficient and professional- just world class group of professionals.

Had a great meeting with Stacey. She explained everything Brookdale Salem has to offer. My brother and I met with some of the staff and were given a tour. The community is very welcoming and will be a great place for family to feel safe and meet new friends.The price is comparable to other facilities we visited. However, Brookdale seem to have more activities to offer.

Brookdale Salem is a fantastic community with a wonderful staff who is dedicated to providing excellent care and attention to the residents. It is such a cute community with a neighborhood feel. It is clean and it is obvious the residents are well cared for. They also throw great events for families and residents!
