We recently needed to use the Hartford location of Brookfield Auto. The service was fantastic. It was like getting a new car back. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They took care of all coordination with the ins company and the rental car company. Kept us pretty well informed. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Brookfield Auto Body after my car was damaged in an accident. The team was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. They did an excellent job restoring my car—it looks fantastic and feels like new again. The work was completed carefully and on time, and they made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone who needs quality work and great customer service!
