Customers frequently praise Brothers Cleaning Services for punctuality, clear communication, and effective removal of stains and odors from carpets and tiles. Reviewers note that technicians arrive on time, explain the work performed, and deliver thorough results that make floors look new. However, some low-rated reviews highlight issues with billing practices, such as unexpected charges or tipping requirements, and instances where technicians arrived late or failed to provide adequate contact information.

Ben was timely and very efficient. The carpets look good and smell amazing. I have 2 large dogs and the deodorizer they use help remove the smell. Have used them before and will use them again!
Ben with Brothers Carpet Cleaning was on time, efficient and very pleasant to work with...my husband and I are very pleased.

Excellent as always
Ben, carpet cleaner from Brothers Carpet cleaning, cleaned my condo carpet today. He does a great job, pays attention to detail, gets out the spots and the price is right. I highly recommend this business!

I will always use Brothers for my carpet cleaning. The stains are gone on my white carpet! A previous company did not accomplish that. Corey did a great job even explaining why the high traffic area looks different after cleaning. Great company and locally owned!
Thanks, Janet. Glad Corey was able to get the stains out. We appreciate your business.
