Reviewers frequently praise Brothers Hardwood Flooring for punctuality, clear communication, and fair pricing during hardwood refinishing and installation projects. Customers often highlight the team's professionalism, attention to detail, and thorough cleanup after completing work. However, low-star reviews describe specific installation failures, such as gaps in underlayment causing floor separation, and allege that the company refused to correct these workmanship issues.

Carlos and his team were wonderful. We had originally planned to refinish our floors but after carpet removal, we found that large sections of the floor was replaced by plywood. We had to quickly pivot and Carlos was so diligent in getting us options and back on track. The new floors look absolutely amazing and highly recommend the team!

We hired Brothers Hardwood Flooring to replace our 26 yr old floors with new LVP + sand/stain/replace our staircase. The results are outstanding! Best price, dependable, responsible-went above and beyond (hauled materials away). Can't speak highly enough. 100% hiring them again when we decide to tackle the second floor. A huge shout out to Edwin, Carlos, Jose and team....you were the best!

I've been in the trades for 34 years and have dealt with many contractors. Many times it's always something like not showing up on time or even showing up at all. Also confusion of what was expected to be done when said contractor showed up. With Carlos and Edwin this was never an issue. When they said they would be there they were there. At the time they said they would. They told me ahead of time what they were going to do and they did exactly that. I can't say enough great things about them. The price was very fair and the work was exceptional. I look forward to working with them again. If there was six stars I would've given them six.
Thank you so much for your kind words, Bill! It's wonderful to hear that Carlos and Edwin delivered on their promises and your expectations. We appreciate your trust and look forward to your next project!

Brothers refinished a floor in my house that had faded due to years of sunlight exposure. It took them two days and they did an exceptional job at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them, thank you!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Edwin and his team! They did a beautiful job refinishing our hardwood floors. The price for the amount of work they did (6,500 sf of floors on 3 levels!) was great and the result was stunning. Most importantly Edwin was very responsive, courteous, professional and kind. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him. We had a very specific timeline we needed to meet before moving into our new home and Edwin made sure that it was met. I never had to worry about it and he worked around several other contractors as needed to make sure we could get into our house on time. He also went out of his way to make sure that we loved the color of the floor and were happy with the results. We ended up asking him to install a luxury vinyl plank floor in our laundry room as well and we are also very happy with the way that turned out. If you are looking for someone to refinish your hardwood floors or install LVP flooring for you don’t hesitate to call Brothers Flooring. I would highly recommend them and felt like it was a great value for the services and product that we received.
