The new valet company is a disaster. I spent 45 minutes waiting in line for valet parking, and when I finally reached the valet booth, they announced that the valet service was closed. As a result, I arrived 50 minutes late to the show because of the valet situation. I have been to this theater many times before and have never experienced these kinds of problems. I recently found out that they have a new valet service, which seems to be causing these issues. Hopefully, management will address this problem and resolve it as soon as possible. Customers should not have to deal with this kind of inconvenience, especially when attending a scheduled show.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Broward County Property Appraiser’s Office, especially Lorraine Wilkinson. Lorraine went above and beyond to help me reinstate the Homestead Exemption on my parents’ property after their passing. My situation was not typical, and this was definitely not a simple “fill out an application and you’re done” process. It involved several emails back and forth, notarizing paperwork, uploading documentation, answering questions, and working through a number of details. Throughout the entire process, Lorraine was incredibly patient, helpful, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping me find a solution. She took the time to explain what was needed and never made me feel like I was a burden, even though my situation required extra time and attention. Thanks to her dedication and willingness to go the extra mile, my parents’ property is now homesteaded, which makes a tremendous difference for my brother, who is on disability and lives in the home. He can now afford the property taxes and remain in the home my parents left behind. I am so grateful for Lorraine and the exceptional service she provided. In a situation that was already emotionally difficult for our family, having someone who was so kind, patient, and willing to help made all the difference. Thank you, Lorraine, and thank you to the Broward County Property Appraiser’s Office for having people like her on your team. She is truly an asset to your office!

Friendly staff, from the moment you enter the building to the time you are inside the office. Latasha was very helpful. Was done in half an hour and was very kind. Asked good questions and told me information that I did not know. 5 stars very well done building and staff! 😁

Went to drop off a tax form and needed assistance finding the right office as access entry to the building recently changed. I caught the attention of three very helpful ladies, Alexis, Monica, and Suzanne. Rather than follow a maze, they offered to take the form and submit it for me. I really do appreciate their kindness, friendly banter and attention to great service. Fantastic job Broward County!

The property appraisers at the location are fantastic. Especially Tamia and Micheal, they are nice, respectful and quick to respond to my questions. Keep up the great work guys :)

I have been here multiple times and always have a consistent experience! From the greeters at walkin, to security, to room A100 and all the staff, Wesley and Arnetta were professional and a pleasure. Thank you for providing a pleasant experience in a not so pleasant space …. Side note, the space is clean and nice!!! The only thing unpleasant is Uncle Sam, bless his heart!
