I had the pleasure of working with Brown and Flesch after my case was completely mismanaged by a Phillips Murrah P.C. Phillips Murrah dragged my case on to charge extra fees and ultimately made a series of missteps that cost me a lot of money and headaches. I was recommended to Brown and Flesch and that was the best decision I made. I worked with Dane on my case and from the beginning, he studied the merits of the case and was very candid with me about the time and effort that would go into the case and his opinion of the outcome. Throughout the case, he was very communicative and showed his legal expertise by staying two steps ahead of the counterparty.
