Luke has been fantastic to work with. He walked into our office two years ago to see if there is anything he could do to assist us. We had recently gone from strictly being a Sales office covering the Midwest to becoming an importer/ distributor serving the entire country. We own an industrial condo which serves as our office, with a small amount of storage. When we started importing, we leased a second unit in our building to gain space to keep inventory. Growth came, so we needed more room. We got close to moving twice in the last two years, but with the chaos caused by constant tariff uncertainty, we had to delay. We recently cemented a relationship with a very large customer that requires us to have more space to maintain inventory, so we finally were able to sign a lease. Luke also connected us with a builder to handle the office reconfiguration. We are deeply grateful for his expertise and patience in helping us to be positioned for continued growth. I've worked with Pat Crowley at Brown on a couple of property deals - as a buyer & seller. Pat is very reliable, responsive, knowledgeable, and works hard on your behalf. As a buyer, we spent months looking for a building, but kept losing out by others with lower, but cash offers. Pat was very frustrated by this, eventually reaching out to his past clients and facilitated a private, off-market sale. As a seller, I managed a building on the northwest side of Chicago that was mostly empty after the owner-occupant moved their office to the suburbs. Pat did not know that area too well, but found a local broker to partner with. Due to the area, it was tough to rent out the vacant unit, so we decided upon a for lease/for sale listing. I left it in their capable hands, which ended up in a sale last month. It was a breath of fresh air to work with Pat - a real estate agent who actually cares about their work, not simply looking to make a buck and move on to the next deal. I highly recommend working with Pat on any suburban real estate deal!
