Customers frequently cite prompt scheduling, thorough treatments for brown recluses and bed bugs, and fair pricing. Staff are described as knowledgeable, professional, and communicative, often providing detailed explanations of the process. However, several low-star reviews criticize the company for overselling results, failing to complete scheduled follow-up treatments, and providing poor customer service when issues persisted after initial payments.

These guys are awesome. Was very informative and a knowledgeable. They knew exactly what we needed and got the critters We are very impressed and grateful for their service and support. No more critters climbing up and down the walls of my basement. Thank you guys so much.!!!
These folks are quick and efficient. What really sets them apart is their kindness. I am very grateful to Joshua and Zachary, who were so caring and gentle with my elderly and blind mother. That meant a lot. I recommend these folx 100%!
Thank you so much, Jeanne, for your incredibly kind words and for taking the time to leave us such a thoughtful review! It truly means the world to our family. We are especially grateful you recognized Joshua and Zachary for the care and compassion they showed your mother. Treating every customer like family is at the heart of what we do, and knowing they made such a positive impact is the greatest compliment we could receive. Thank you for trusting us and for your 100% recommendation. We’re always here if you ever need us again. God bless you!
We had them come out (7/8) after we were killing 3+ brown recluse spiders a day in our garage to treat our house and all I have to say is they went ABOVE and beyond all expectations. We have not seen a single brown recluse spider since that day and hopefully none in the near future! If I could rate 10 stars I'd rate them 11! An amazing business and keep up the awesome work!
Thanku Tamara we appreciate the review and to know you have been spider free
Fair price and great service. I had been battling the creepy crawlers for almost 2 years with little success using store bought methods. After just one treatment we saw a huge difference. I went ahead and scheduled 3 to ensure we got it taken care of and take advantage of the discount. We’re doing my 3rd tomorrow and I feel great about where we are in the process. They are quick and do a thorough job. It feels good to have my home back. Thank you to Selecia Zachary and Josh!
Awesome to hear! Thanku for taking the time to leave us such an awesome review
Had issues with brown recluses since we moved into our house 2.5 years ago, tried spraying every month this last year, but we still saw brown recluses every week or two during hotter months. Also tried other companies and changing types of chemicals I spray, as well as ~50 glue traps, but still kept seeing them. At the end of February, had already seen 3 brown recluses in about 2 weeks, called this company and they sprayed a silica dust in our attic and between 1st and basement floors. Haven’t seen a brown recluse in the 6 weeks since. Will update review at end of summer to see how well it keeps working.
Efficient service. Fair prices. Good people
Brown Reclusinator Pest Control was more than excellent! My wife and I needed some help on a new home without us being in the area yet and I felt extremely comfortable working with this team. Selecia, Zachary and Josh helped with all our needs while making us feel as if we were apart of the family! Great pricing, communication, and even better customer service! I would absolutely recommend Brown Reclusinator Pest Control.
I had made a few phone calls and even had someone come out before I found Brown reclusinator pest control. The company that came out told me that they wouldn't be able to treat the bugs that were there at the same time and wanted to be paid separately, which left me feeling a bit disappointed. I started searching again and ended up coming across Brown Reclusinator Pest Control. I got a hold of Flint by text and was able to get Joshua, Zachary and Selecia to come out on the same day, and they also helped me afford it. Thanks again for coming on such short notice.
Joshua came out and sprayed my house for spiders today. He was amazing, so polite and informative. Will continue to use this company, all thanks to him!!!
Thanku Casey so glad to hear!!
