Called Browns to get an estimate for a broken garage door spring. Received an immediate estimate over the phone, which was nice, and an offer to have their tech Andy stop in for a complete look-over. Andy was very professional and clearly knew the business. My options were to replace the broken single spring or switch to a dual spring system with upgraded, stronger and longer warranted springs. I chose the upgraded route for the better warrany plus the dual springs make an easier load for the opener to prolong it's lifespan. In additon, I was presented with the option to change out the worn, noisy metal wheels with synthetic (nylon) wheels that are much quieter and have higher quality bearings. Andy also carefully aligned the door channels for easy movement and minimal noise. A like new door for a modest investment. I'm very pleased. Highly recommended.
