We hired this company for a big landscaping project that included transplanting existing roses and installing new ones along our property line.
While the team was responsive and eventually provided replacement roses for the 13 transplants that were dying, we were disappointed with the overall experience and workmanship.
We were not clearly informed upfront about the significant risks associated with transplanting mature roses, and several plants struggled shortly after installation.
While installing some other plants, they broke one of our sprinklers and also broke two yuccas and just answered that "they will grow". Same thing with the yard cleaning, they didn't pick up the leaves, branches and neither the mulch they left behind while doing their job and their answer was "it will go away when you mow". Or not being careful enough and leaving the roses to be transplanted under the Texas sun for one whole day.
They also removed two bushes we owned we said they were okay there.
For the stomp removal, they left the bricks of our old tree scattered and they also left all of the wooden debris there. They also said that "the grass will grow over" (spoiler: it never did) and that the pick up of debris or putting soil in that area wasn't included, so make sure in your quote they write everything because things that you would think they are included because they are obvious for a professional service and for the price you are paying, they aren't, and since they aren't written word by word on your quote, they will claim that it wasn't included and it doesn't matter if you ask after for an itemized quote because once they grab their money there's nothing you can do but go to small claims.
We also expected more thorough planting preparation for the price paid ($6376 for the whole job but especifically $1300 for planting 10 new roses and transplanting 13 of our own roses), including better clearing and preparation around the planting areas, pruning, soil preparation, etc...
The roses were installed STRAIGHT to the turf. NO soil preparation (like adding especial soil or loose the soil around for the roots to grow better), no clearing the grass around (like a little bed). So let's be generous and say 10 buckets of roses are $40 each. That's $400. I understand you need to get benefits and labor/materials. Let's add $300 for that. Where are the $600 left going to? We feel a bit "ripped off".
In fact, since we saw "how easy" it was to do it, my husband (a regular Joe with no green thumb) planted himself the new 13 roses they brought as a replacement in less than 1.30h with just a shovel).
Communication became very difficult once concerns were raised, and resolving the situation took much more time, stress and headaches than expected.
To their credit, they did a nice work on the two front yard flower beds, they did provide replacement roses for the dying roses and of one of the plants that was missing (make sure you count your plants when the job is done!), and also took a look to the broken sprinkler, which we appreciated.
However, based on our experience, we would encourage future customers to ask very detailed questions in advance about planting methods, soil preparation, landscape fabric (it wasn't included in the initial quote), transplant risks, debris/trash pickup from your property, and EXACTLY what is included in the scope of work step by step and itemized (because who knows, maybe next time digging wasn't included even if it was obvious for you).

I wish i had time to explain every lie being told here . We explained very clearly the scope of work, As i do to every customer . We explained risk of transplanting , as i do to every customer . We DO NOT COLLECT A PENNY until job is complete and you are HAPPY, as we do for every customer . In 22 years of landscaping , which i love and take great pride in, I have learned one thing . There are just some people that you can not make happy . They are misserable so they want to make everyone around them feel the same . From the start i knew you would be a problem .
We did the best we could with the budget given . With that being said, Please call us if you are good people looking for beautiful professional landscaping .
