Google reviewers praise Bucket & Shine for its punctuality, professional conduct, and competitive pricing during regular and deep cleaning services. Clients frequently highlight the company's effective communication, online scheduling convenience, and the thoroughness of the cleaning staff, noting that homes are left spotless and fresh. The sole low-star review cites a breakdown in rescheduling communication after a customer returned from vacation, though the initial cleaning was described positively.

Bucket and shine is awesome! They are professional to deal with and the owner is great at communicating with you to make sure your needs are met. The cleaners are also very professional and respectful. They do a great job cleaning. I love coming home when they are done to the toilet paper folded like they do at hotels. It makes you feel like you’re on vacation at home! Very happy with the service they provide.
