Customers frequently praise the company for prompt scheduling, clear communication, and thorough handling of wildlife issues like raccoons, bats, and wasps. Technicians are noted for explaining remediation steps and providing detailed estimates. However, lower-rated reviews highlight significant concerns regarding unreturned calls, unresolved pest problems after payment, and allegations that trapping methods were inhumane or that quotes were excessively high without sufficient evidence.

We had an exceptional experience with Buckeye Wildlife Solutions! Adam was professional, responsive, and quick to answer questions throughout the entire process. Dealing with raccoons in our attic was stressful, and his communication and follow-through made the experience much easier.
While Adam was on vacation, Carter did a great job setting traps and keeping things moving. He too was very responsive and informative. Both raccoons were caught, and Adam then sealed and wildlife-proofed our home to help prevent future issues.
Adam, Carter, and Andrew also did an exceptional job restoring our attic. We truly appreciate the hard work, attention to detail, and care they put into our home. From trapping to prevention and restoration, this team provided outstanding service. Highly recommend Buckeye Wildlife Solutions!
Adam did an outstanding job removing birds nests from my vents and installing new covers. He was professional, thorough, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The work was done cleanly and efficiently, and he made sure everything was properly secured so the birds wouldn’t be able to get back in. I really appreciate the quality of the work and how easy he made the whole process. Highly recommend Adam if you need this kind of service!
Adam was great! He explained what he was doing and was very informational. I appreciate his professionalism and personality. I highly recommend Buckeye Wildlife Solutions!
We had an issue with several squirrels in the attic and Carter was fantastic to work with on their removal. They also did a great job in repairing the hole that the squirrels came into and found a spot on the other side of the roof where the wood was decaying similarly and repaired that spot as well to prevent it from happening again.
Adam provided friendly, prompt and highly effective service in helping remove several rodents from our property. Would absolutely recommend them and will source again if needed!
Adam was very professional and courteous and explained the process every step of the way. I'm very pleased with how everything was handled to remediate my racoon problem.
We worked with Buckeye Wildlife to take care of our bat issues. They were very easy to work with and Carter was excellent with all communications. We are thankful for their work and appreciate their kindness and diligence.
Buckeye Wildlife Solutions was quick to respond to my situation. Adam was very professional and had a great understanding of yellowjackets! He took a lot of time to explain to me what he would be doing to treat them and what to do going forward to make sure they were gone and wouldn’t come back. he followed up a week later to see how things were going, too. I highly recommend Buckeye Wildlife Solutions and Adam.
