We had noticed a specific critter in our place of business. We put in a service order and were serviced 2 days later by a wonderful technician named Micah. He took a lot of time to investigate and identified that the species was different than expected so he had to mix a 2nd spray to ensure we were properly treated . He was also very thorough in ensuring that as manager of the location I was fully informed of his findings, his treatment solution, and the expectations post treatment. 100% satisfied!

Buckingham stands by their promises! We had a concrete slab poured after our original treatment 6 months ago. We let them know so that we could be sure the treatment wasn't disturbed. The technician, Blake, came out the same day we notified them. He drilled a few new holes to treat and added additional treatment to existing holes in garage. Best customer service ever!

We have been using Buckingham Pest Control for years, and they provide excellent service. We have rarely had any pest issues between treatments. On the occasion we see ants in the spring or summer due to a lot of rain, Buckingham is very responsive. We appreciate Dakota coming out to deal with the current ants that popped up. He was very professional and personable. We highly recommend Buckingham.
