I love my roller shades. Sarah spent so much time with me and offered many different options. Eric, my installer was great. He arrived when they scheduled him to, very professional, cleaned everything up, and the installation was done within the time they said it would.

Very pleasant to work with both Sarah and Tony throughout the process. There was no hard pressure to purchase the shutters. However, Sarah was able to demonstrate the savings benefit as the varying number of window shutters were discussed. And, how to get the most for my money. I happened to time my purchase with a special pricing discount that only happens at certain times of the year. Sarah also alerted me to different financing methods to see what worked best in my situation. I elected to go with the 21 month zero interest option. Good communication on the progress and timing of the shutters being manufactured to my specific measurements and delivered to them for installation. Day of installation was as smooth as anyone could ever hope for. Let me know exactly what time they expected to arrive. Tony and Eric were my installers. They were pleasant and professional. They moved any furniture that was in their way, continually cleaned up after themselves, and installed and cleaned each of the shutters. Then, before they left, they made sure all furniture was returned to it original location. They made sure I was 100% satisfied with the shutters, the installation of same, and their service before they would leave the house. I would highly recommend Budget Blinds.

I just wanted to leave a quick message about Eric. Out of the probably hundreds of contractors who have worked on our home, he was truly a breath of fresh air! He was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and just brought such great energy. My wife and I absolutely love our blinds, and I can't wait for her to come home from vacation and see the Roman shade in the kitchen. It looks amazing! Everyone was amazing at Budget Blinds from the two ladies that helped us decide what we needed to Sarah (one of the owners) to Tony(the other owner) and Eric who did an awesome job on installation.
